I lost my aunt a couple of years ago to cancer. The last thing she ever gave me was the recipe to her spaghetti. It was one of the first things I made when I started getting into cooking, and always left defeated when I couldn't it make it with the love and taste that she did. Jen over at Salvaged Designs found the best and most beautiful way to honor my aunt as she watches over me in the kitchen now. And while I'll never be able to make her spaghetti I have this beautiful reminder of the love that will always exist.
Jen went above and beyond to bring this piece to life. I just provided the recipe, and she did the rest, and even framed it so beautifully. I'm forever grateful. I trust this woman with my LIFE. She asked me exactly how I wanted it and I told her to run with it (a great choice.) She is creative, brilliant, and most importantly she always leads with her heart. An amazing business woman, creator, mother, and all of the above. Truly.
