The person was not wrong however I was at the very end of my soup and found a black hair. Since my hair is red (atm) and my husband doesn't have hair I knew it wasn't ours so I walked back to the truck just to make him aware. I told him I didn't expect a refund but I did want to bring it to his attention. He seemed not to care at all. Stated that he had grey hair and lifted his hat (his hair was salt and pepper btw) and then stated that there were lids on all the cups and that was about it. No apology just nothing. Listen, I know things happen but you could at least apologize even if you don't think it could be your own hair. It was a windy, rainy day but ok. Customer service goes along way.
