However, once it was our turn to place our orders, we both said, "Hello, how are you?" She looked at us, turned her head, and said, "What can I get you?" We looked at each other and chuckled. We told her it was our first time here, and she helped us understand how the menu worked, so we placed our order. I ordered the fried whiting, mac & cheese, and green beans. After placing our order, we received a ticket with a number on it and slid over to the left to an older lady (cashier) who seemed to be frustrated or possibly tired. Her attitude wasn't welcoming, but she wasn't mean. She confirmed our order, and then we paid for our food and were told it would take about 25 minutes. We waited in the car until our food was ready. I went back in to get our food, and a gentleman was ahead of me, and he asked one of the staff there, "Who took the orders over the phone?" She said, "I don't know." He said, "They need to work on their customer service skills because to come here to support the business and to be treated like that ain't good." No apology was offered or anything.
