Gas prices were really good, some of the lowest I've seen in CT. It's a tiny station, but clean and well organized. I decided we needed a snack and went inside. They have a pretty standard convenience store layout, with all the standard stuff. The reason this place gets 5 stars is the service. There was a bit of a line, and the clerk was super nice to everyone. There was a little kid who was a little bit short, and she covered him. This Shell gas station has fraudulent activity going on. After that the pump computer said to see the cashier, which I did. I told him of the problem and he mentioned it's taken care, which it wasn't. I couldn't get my tank filled even though the cashier had charged me. The cashier a Pakistani national told me "This is not my problem" and "this is bulllshit". When checking my bank statement I saw the charge listed as if I had received my gasoline, which I didn't. The employee(business (owner?)) was exceedingly rude and used foul language towards me and is trying to defraud me. In addition, he is clearly lying and shirking responsibility by saying "I have nothing to do with this charge". Avoid this station and this rude pakistani it' is very obvious he is discriminating against a christian customer.

Even though there is a sign that says to ask attendant if you need help with tire pressure. I just needed some air in the tire and the Attendant and the Automative worker who I asked refused to lend a hand. Great Thanksgiving spirit! The place is very clean with a huge waiting area that has magazines and a TV for your entertainment. Checking in was pretty straight forward and my car was taken foe inspection right away. What I liked about the place is that they have a TV that shows what the inspector is doing with the car, and was surprised how busy that whole activity is. It took about 15-20 minutes and my car was brought to the entrance, all warmed up and delivered with a smile. For the professionalism, convenience, cleanliness and promptness of service, this place is highly recommended. It is a tire shop, and may give them a chance when my car is due for tires.
