Lot is typically clean. 8 pumps with two islands. Sporadic if they are clean. Today not so much with all the pollen. They usually supply wash and towels which they did today. On this visit two pumps were broken. The staff that work inside are friendly. It's small, don't think WAWA, or even 7-11. But they have basics. Coffee has always been decent. They also have bar a minimal charge get a air pump and an auto vacuum. I can't say if either work. This is a long standing family business that I would recommend.

I expect new ownership. So hey, I needed a fill up and tried them out. No issues with utilizing my credit card. Smooth and quick fueling at the pump. The area was clean. They also have a car wash in the back with option for hand wash and detail. Pretty sure that's new to the business. Also available is a tire pump. The station has always been well maintained and had a great location on the corner. It has easy access on and off Shore drive with a signal. BP has a great reputation too! I did not go inside to the Tiny Giant convenience store. Prices stay within reason and addition to a car wash I see myself coming back.

Lot of snacks, pop, beer for motorist. The sandwich shop was busy around noon. The variety of coffee at WaWa's is impressive as is their refrigerated bottled and can drinks. I got a Vita Coco and checked out. The staff was super and smiled, I always appreciate this and makes my day. Great store! Although I did not get fuel I noticed the area was clean.

However, there are more negative than positive and this is not a station I frequent. First of all why does yelp refuse to change the name. It's not Racetrac, it's Raceway. When asking yelp to change they reviewed it and left it the same. So if your looking for Racetrac you will not find it. So there are two listings, same address and my reviews identical. There is often debris in the area, not significant, but enough. The clientele at this fueling station would rather throw down trash by the pumps then put it in the can...go figure. The pump I most recently used had a missing enter button. That is an issue when it is required for a response to hit "enter" and your unsure where it is. I also like to use AMEX and they do not accept it. What is more frustrating is they do not have signs saying what they do accept. So when it said see the attendant I had no idea why. The attendant was with a customer and talking on his wireless head piece. I would not have been happy if I was that customer. He informed me NO AMEX. If I'm in the area okay if I must. But I will not go out of my way.

I went into the store and purchased $45.00 worth of premium gas a bag of chips. I went in instead of paying at the pump because my debit card and bank account was hacked 2 weeks ago. The night before this incident, the last time my card was used was me purchasing gas at the pump. I completed my purchase, walked to the passenger side of my truck, which will automatically unlock as long as my key is on me. The truck unlocked, I put my purse and my chips on the seat and closed the door. Little did I know, I had just locked myself out of the truck. I finished pumping my gas, walked back in and asked the lady behind the counter, if I could use the phone as I had just locked myself out of my vehicle. She did "Not" hesitate to hand me the store phone, I called my husband to bring the spare key....no problem!!! She even allowed me to stay inside the store because it is in the lower 50's and it's cold outside. She was very nice and I want to thank her from the bottom of my heart! So you may be asking what the problem is.......I decided to walk outside and wait on my husband, I had been waiting on my husband for over an hour. My hubby did tell me that he was just leaving the hardware store and needed to go home first to retrieve the key to my vehicle. I walked back into the store and asked one of the two men that was standing behind the counter if I could use the phone? The first one said no and then he asked the other one if I could use phone and he said no! I explained to him the situation and also told him that the lady who was previously here had allowed me to use the phone, he still said no because it would cost the store for me to make a local phone call! A young man who works for Fed Ex over heard the conversation, I turned around and asked him if I could use his phone and he said no problem mam and gave me his phone! I called my husband and he showed up 5 minutes later. By this time I was furious! So, I can patronize your business but you could not help me, a women, by myself, all of my belongings locked up in the truck and you couldn't patronize me enough to let me make a phone call! I will "Never" patronize this Raceway again!!! I'm so done! Thank God my life wasn't in jeopardy! I am so sad that in this day and time that we can't be here to help one another in a time of need! Exit the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel at the first exit heading east, towards the beaches. It will be almost immediately on the left on Shore Drive, the road you exited to. For those of us that are locals, exit Northampton Boulevard (Hwy 13) to the east on Shore Drive, the last exit before the CBBT. It is almost immediately on the left, just beyond the new Chesapeake Beach Fire & Rescue Station. The pricing is comparable to the nearest gas stations, Wawa & Kroger. But I think the access is easier, especially for travelers. The station is clean, safe & well lit. I've never gone inside. So I can't speak to that area. I'll definitely use the Sunoco again in the future.

I went to the new location near me and I waited a few months before going because it looked really…read morebusy, so this month I went twice and I got a refresher and pepsi and than the next week I went and got a sub. The place is busy the first time I went but inside was clean and organized. Wait is not that long to pay even if there is a long line. The customer service is friendly and helpful. Parking can be hard if there is too many cars, found it easy to park sometimes if i do not go during rush hour. The sub is good the drinks are good. I would keep coming here.
