They will over charge for car repairs and they don't know what they're doing. Not a trustworthy place.

Don't have many places like this anymore !!! God a new service station that I'll be going to when I need the cars worked on !

After arriving to work, I received a call from my landlord stating there was a large oil leak on the property (see attached picture). I checked the ground near my car at work and noticed my car was still leaking a significant amount of oil. I called New Bridge and spoke to the owner Chris who was extremely rude. He did not offer to come to my location to fix the situation, and he showed callous disregard for a customer's vehicle potentially breaking down mid-commute due to his negligent and shoddy oil change. My car's oil was so low that I needed to have someone purchase and bring oil to me to replenish it for the drive home! I had another issue in the past with Chris offering to lower the price of a brake repair if I paid in cash. I later found out this is ILLEGAL and I also learned from calling another mechanic that Chris had actually charged me $50 MORE even though I had paid in cash. I let it go but it is now evident from the subsequent issue with the oil change that New Bridge is super shady. New Bridge's owner Chris is a crook - he is unethical, has zero regard for customer safety, overcharges, and does horrible work. If you have to go to New Bridge, please take extreme caution by shopping around for prices and checking that his work has been completed correctly.

Unhesitatingly, the young man behind the counter came out to inspect my tires and assured me they were fine. His explanation was knowledgeable and practical. I will likely return when I need tires.

I replaced the MAP sensor myself -- and of course, the problem wasn't fixed. Took it to another shop who found the real issue, completely unrelated to the MAP sensor. They had my car for 7 hours and never gave me an update -- I had to call twice to find out what was going on. When I brought up the misdiagnosis, they denied ever saying the MAP sensor was the issue or giving me a quote. Total gaslighting. On the invoice, they wrote "MAP sensor reading 14.55 with engine off" -- a completely normal reading. When I asked why that was included, they said "that's just what our scanner showed." So why include only that reading? They also wrote I came in to "check the starter" -- why would I pay $100 for something I can test for free at any parts store? And the front desk woman? Rude, dismissive, and acted like a clown when I questioned anything. Total waste of time and money. Avoid this place.
