They had my car for 7 hours and never gave me an update -- I had to call twice to find out what was going on. When I brought up the misdiagnosis, they denied ever saying the MAP sensor was the issue or giving me a quote. Total gaslighting. On the invoice, they wrote "MAP sensor reading 14.55 with engine off" -- a completely normal reading. When I asked why that was included, they said "that's just what our scanner showed." So why include only that reading? They also wrote I came in to "check the starter" -- why would I pay $100 for something I can test for free at any parts store? And the front desk woman? Rude, dismissive, and acted like a clown when I questioned anything. Total waste of time and money. Avoid this place.
