Most of the people that work here do not wear masks.. at least not on their faces. On a few occasions now, the male owner had his around his chin and the employee working the register right next to him had none at all or wore a scarf around the neck like a cowboy. It was comical looking at mask-less her through the Plexiglas with the sign that read that you must wear your mask. The wife seems to have a different standard as (one time) she was wearing hers correctly and the employee in the front was too but I have only seen that once. On this same visit (with the wife there), the employee in the back working with food had none. One other time I went here, a woman from the Trailer park (across the street) had her dog ON THE COUNTER WHERE THEY SERVE FOOD. The employee said nothing. I was disgusted and left. The gas is WAY WAY to expensive here. If you are heading toward Renton, just wait a minute and fill up after you pass Duvall Ave. The only reason I EVER go here (which is rare) is because it is .25 miles from my house. The Krispy krunchy chicken here was horrible. The chicken was stale. Didnt get the correct number of biscuits and one was blueberry without even asking. Would ask people not to waste money there let alone go there again. read more

This station is shorting people on gas. I paid for 5 gallons for my gas can, but only got approximately 4.5 gallons. Same thing happened when I filled up a 75 gallon diesel fuel tank. It seemed like I didn't get the amount I paid for, but wasn't sure. When I filled up my gas can, it was very clear I got shorted, and that this station's shorting people on gas. I've been buying gas here for years, even though it's a higher price, the owner's local. So, I went to talk with the owner about being shorted. He got angry, very rude, disrespectful, was threatening me, and was yelling at me my can was old and wasn't right. A gentleman pulled up in his truck, and the customer said he had 2, 20 gallon tanks on his truck, and that he was getting shorted too. I guess I'll be shopping somewhere else from now on, since I see for myself this station's taking advantage of people. Especially when I brought this to the owner's attention so he could resolve the issue, but instead he became abusive. read more

Through DoorDash, I placed an order for Krispy Krunchy Chicken, which is apparently connected to this Shell location. I couldn't find the actual restaurant on Yelp. When the food arrived, it was already missing a part of the order. I ordered a 2pc chicken and biscuit, a 4pc chicken tender combo, and a chicken sandwich. For the combo, I chose the mashed potatoes as my side item. I AM NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL! The gravy for the mashed potatoes had no flavor-tasted like it was bad tea. They put some kind of honey butter or something in the middle of the chicken sandwich, which made the sandwich soggy. It also had pickles, so for me, I didn't like the combination together. It was just weird. The thing that topped it off was the center of the chicken tender I had already bit into was still slimy. You know if chicken's slimy, it's not thoroughly cooked. Ugh. Better not give me food poisoning. Good thing I broke the tender in half rather than finding out later when I bite into the center. If I had known it's from a gas station, I would never have placed an order. Ugh. NEVER AGAIN! read more

This is my go to store. They support local things. They help regular customers, they hire ethnic people. They try very hard to do the right thing for the public. Yes, they are expensive, but they know what they have; location, convenience, and most anything you could want. Huge beer, wine and cigarette selection. Lots of Mexican snacks. Good selection of candy. 7am is a mad house though, packed with commercial rigs getting gas, lunch and breakfast. Support your neighborhood business! read more

Surprisingly, being off a main highway, they have pretty decent prices for gas and they are not lined up with vehicles. We pick up propane here since they are the closest place to us but that's tough sometimes because they typically don't have enough people taking care of the store the pumps and the propane. The place is pretty well maintained. The lot is pretty clean and large. They are going through remodeling right now. Will be interesting to see what it will be like when they are done. read more

This Shell location isn't too busy and I'm usually able to drive right up to a pump without waiting. (I don't like waiting in a line of cars just to save a few cents). They have windshield squeegee cleaners available - and the water is clean enough to do the job right. No one wants their windshield to appear dirtier after being "cleaned." They have a cute little espresso stand in the parking lot called Buzzy Bean Espresso. Making it easy to fill up on caffeine after you fill your tank. read more

They never seem to stick to their posted hours. Every time I need to go here late at night, they seem to not be open even when they are suppose to be. Tonight I arrived at 11:25, they were closed with the lights on and the employee at the register. It was posted on their door that they are open till midnight on sunday. I wouldn't have minded if I didnt have to drive as far to get there, however I made the drive because they were one of the few gas stations that was suppose to be open and had what I was specifically looking for so it was slightly frustrating. If they are slower at these hours and that is the reason they close early then they should adjust their posted hours. read more
