When the young "mechanic" went to my car to pull it in the bay, he was grinning. Now I know why! After about 45 minutes they came back with a diagnoses. It needs a new compressor, expansion valve, condenser, and evaporator. Why wasn't I told that when I brought it in 3 hours earlier? Now it's gonna cost $3439.80. So by the time all is said and done it would cost $4000. I'm having it replaced but not by Tires Plus. Now they have lost me as a customer. My job has zero room for error. I expect the same when I hire someone to do work on my car. I thought I found my forever car repair shop. Guess customer loyalty means nothing to this shop!

Turns out they never changed out my part, took my part, and still charged me for a service they never did. This place is a literal scam. They also tried telling me other parts of my vehicle were going bad which the other mechanic showed proof of not being an issue or even close to being worn out. Once I started the car it had an extremely rough idle. I contacted him to come back and check it over and he said it would be $125. I would have to pay for him to check his work because he doesn't want to drive. Further, I am attaching a missing piece from the driver side of the engine found under the car after I pulled away from the spot because I noticed it was missing after checking the coils myself on the passenger side.
