The employees are always nice, friendly, and glad to see you. They get you out quick. Prices are competitive.

I bought a 2015 Mazda5 a few months ago and it was working pretty well no issues. Than one morning…read moreit sputtered and kinda skipped. I took the car to these guys and they kept it over night and started it next day, kept it all day checked everything and I was really expecting a HUGE bill. But, NOPE. I got a call from the manager that they had driven it, started it a few different times and checked it all front to bottom and said that in all honesty it was prolly just water in the muffler as it had been raining the day i started it. They had a print out of every single step and it said my car was in great shape. I asked if it needed oil or anything, the guys said no not for another month or so. No bill. They could have lied but they were so honest I have decided that when the car does need work or an oil change etc this will be my go - to-place.

It should be after 3 o'clock for me to get my car fixed. Well the lights turned on within 10 minutes of being here and they come out and tell me that they can't service my car because they don't have the certain kind of tech wasn't here today. I'm very upset because I am driving in a car that is very dangerous and not safe and they are yet letting me leave and not caring and it's upsetting me because they have 50 million people walking into the my car is the only car not getting fixed and I made an appointment . The employees basically talk to me like they didn't have a pulse in their body very rude very unapologetic and I am very upset with how the service was today.

I remember that the man who did the oil change couldn't get that part to stay up after the oil change was done. I don't know anything about what's under a car, so by the way he kept trying to push it into place, I assumed that it was supposed to click into place. Another man who I was talking to at the time went down there, and after he did some pushing, it had snapped into place (I thought). It wasn't until a month later, when I was in Charlotte, that it fell down when I was driving and began to scrape the road. I was with a friend who got under my car and pushed it back into place. It happened again on the way back. It happened a few more times, and once I was by myself on the highway. Two tow truck drivers both worked to push it into place and tie it closed with a cable tie. Two min down the road, it dropped again. Both tow truck drivers stopped and worked together to take the piece off of my car. By then the piece was damaged from being dragged on the highway. They both mentioned that there should have been more screws holding it in place. Several of them were missing. No one else has been under my car since the oil change. I distinctly remember the two men under my car pushing on that metal piece to get it to stay in place. They wouldn't have had to do that if the screws were all present. It would simply screw back into place. And if screw were missing, that seems like something they would have disclosed to me at the time. Now I have to pay almost $300 to replace the part because they lost some screws (accidentally or purposefully) and tried to cover up their mistake by jamming it back into place. I'm going to pursue this issue until I get the money back that I had to dish out for a new piece ($300). One way or another.
