One day my husband brought my car in to surprise me. They charged him $60, for the same car I always bring .. but he said okay as he was surprising me (I love a good clean car). When he got the car back my sunglasses were missing and they were sitting in the cup holder in the drivers door. So he asked them to check but didn't have cameras in the wash area where they get in and drive the car to the detail area - only the detail and said they couldn't find them. We had to share as it's the shorter Spanish guy who's always there, it was sketchy they changed the price on him. Such a shame. We won't be coming back.

My car came back with several additional items, broken or bolt loosened, etc. They charged me. I have washed my car at Karma for the last few years. We know Omar the owner and love supporting small businesses. We have tried to call and reach out the last few days and have not been able to speak to anyone to correct the situation. When we questioned the stains we were told by the crew that this is what to expect when the car is "neglected". Comical at best if you looked at the odometer and see the car had only 11,000 miles. They sited "look at the state of your wheels", how mis-informed if they know anything about high performance cars and break dust. How disappointing and as someone who lives and works in the neighborhood what an utter disappointment. I don't recommend this place at all which is unfortunate as we are big fans of supporting Omar. His lack of communication is not becoming of a business owner.

As I pulled in, Omar asked what my wishes were and clearly explained their services.
