The gas is usually at least a few cents cheaper than other stations nearby, and it's easy to pay at the pump with a credit card. You can also use rewards points from Price Chopper here. It adds up quickly and you will save a bundle. I don't often go inside the store (because I'm always running late!,) but when I do I'm always impressed by the customer service. The staff is CRAZY nice. Like you can't believe how cool they are. I've been there at 7am & 11pm and every time in between, and I've never had bad service. The drink and snack selection is huge. And there's always some kind of insane sale going on, like a giant fountain drink for 89 cents or something. Yes please! I once grabbed a sandwich here and was amazed at how good it was. It was adorable and the drinks were divine. Around Christmas they do a popup bar and in 2025 it was themed around a ski lodge. We tried to versions of the old fashioned on the menu and though we did like one over the other both were well balanced cocktails. After we ordered our libations the bartender suggested we head upstairs where it was less crowded and it was so cozy we felt like we were in someone's living room. Another couple joined us and we ended up having such a lovely conversation with them, chatting all about our favorite hot spots in Kansas City (gotta love KC pride). Just a note this is a slightly hidden speakeasy inside a pizza place, you need to have a password but it's easily found on their social media pages- just check Instagram. On our way out we decided to get a slice of pie (pizza pie that is) to balance out all that whiskey we washed down. I believe the one we got to go was called The Bee-sting, it had pepperoni and hot honey and though it was simple it hit the spot after a night of imbibing. I would most definitely revisit common tiger even without the winter aesthetic.

So another time. My only issue with the space is that I think it closely neighbors the kitchen. It was quite hot inside. To be fair, it was a hot day but still. I tried the Running of the Bullshit: blanco tequila, pineapple, lime, and smoked honey. It was good. The smoked honey was a tad overpowering but overall not bad. I'd probably opt for a different cocktail next time. I had a sip of the watermelon moonshine: blanco tequila, watermelon, grenadine, lemon, luxando, plum bitters, and topo Chico. It was watermelon! There's always plenty to be had whatever time of day you go. I personally enjoy the breakfast sandwiches. There's only been two times I can only recall when they've run out of I've cream. I'm glad to have this store so close.

I had never perused their coffee before and I was SHOCKED! They have so many wonderful brews to choose from and the employees are SO helpful and friendly! They even have a "Skinny Vanilla Cappucino" in their machine. ummm what?!!!! I've never seen that anywhere else! Ususally you have to choose between sugar free or fat free, or go to starbucks haha! Needless to say, I have been in this 7-11 every single morning since. They also have an awesome app. Just scan it on each visit and you can save money with coupons/punch cards and other things! Buy 6 coffees and then you get a free medium coffee! This is my new coffee spot! I love my starbucks, but $1.59 for a large coffee at 7-11 can't be beat.
