The market is always immaculately clean. They also have a very large selction of beverages and snacks. I have stopped in several times and always found what I needed. I trip out on how babied people have to be to have a pleasant experience at a convenience market. You're an adult. You should be able to buy a 12 pack of beer or your favorite bag of chips without the expectation of a Ronald McDonald clown smiling at you from behind the service counter. Do not stop at this gas station. The gas is the most expensive you will find. They do not do cash back and they have a $5 minimum when using a card. This gas station will gouge you any way the can. If you need to stop, I know there are other gas stations in the area you can get what you need. Just keep driving. read more

Stopped in here when out of town to buy a lotto ticket, and encountered a rude older woman working the register, so I won't be stopping here again. Apparently, she didn't want me asking her to buy lotto tickets, as she directed me to the automated lotto machine to get it myself. If I wanted to use a machine, which takes too long, I would have. This gas station has lost me as a customer for life. All of the other gas stations give me complimentary air when I go into the store and ask even if I don't get gas or buy anything from the store. The tall guy in this store made me feel like a bottom feeder for even asking for turning on the air. He said they only give customers complimentary air and water. So the next time, I got gas and went into the store to ask for air and the same man didn't believe that I got gas and asked which pump I used and what kind of car I was driving in a condescending manner. I couldn't believe someone would humiliate and berate a customer over a few cents. This is the closest gas station to my house and the most convenient way to fill up but I go out of my way to not get gas here. They lost a customer for life over a few cents. gas is really expensive here literally like 5 dollars for gas and you have to at least have a 5$ minimum to buy anything inside which is dumb and they be changing prices like ever other day of things inside there smh. read more

Dont pump on pump 13.. broken when you slide your debit card not credit card. Gets your information wont let you pick fuel grade. Went inside to cancel transaction went to another pump.. was charged 125.00 at pump 13 for no gas my focus doesnt take 125 dollars lol.. pumped at 14 and pumped 30 bucks.. went to tell them hey your pump charged me 125 and didnt even pump that gas... they need to tag that pump for fraud.. was told it's a hold lol for what pump never pumped any gas... read more

You're right, but they legitimately treat me with the level of kindness and professionalism that I prefer. My wife for Christmas was looking for Vermouth for my present. FOUND IT NO WHERE. If I could give them a negative score I would. I live right down the street and I am a regular only because it is the only place close. The people there are the rudest people ever. The only one that has any manners at all is the young girl. I have decided that I will not go in any more since my visit this morning. I come here when my car needs gas because I live down the street but it seems like the workers there hate me because of my skin color although i might be overeacting but I come in and they will just stare but if it's another skin color they say "HI WELCOME!!" ... And when I was in the line they just stare and wait for me while i wait for them to say next ! .. It's sad we moved up here but it seems like people are just rude. read more

Love the fact we have this station. People are always friendly. Fact we finally have a close place to fill up grab a snack & drink without having yo go all the way into town. This station is brand new and very clean. The store inside is clean and much bigger than it looks from outside with an extensive liquor selection. However, I've been inside twice to grab a few things and one of the female cashiers is rude and hostile. She makes you feel like her worst inconvenience and how dare you make her cash you out. Wow if you want a business that is out to screw you out of every penny you got, then this is the place. Yes, I agree, the convenience is nice, but I will be shopping somewhere else from now on. This company has taken the word "fee" to new heights. First there is a fee to use your debit card, I am not a fan of this, you apparently don't want my money if you are asking me to pay your fee to pay you. Then there is the bag "Fee". All of the other stores that I have been to ask you if you want one or not...Not this place, they automatically give you one. Then check your receipt because you are being charged for that bag, and not the .10 that everyone else charges...No, they charge .15 per bag. Baldy's has made huge strides in customer service since they have opened in late 2012/ early 2013. I am always greeted in the morning in a friendly manner and I have not had a bad experience here. The market serves the community well and is well placed to meet the communities needs. The language barrier that existed when first opening is virtually non-existent today. It is clean, has most everything you need in a convenience/ liquor store. read more
