Price on the pump the night of 1/21/2023 (Sorry for the quality; it was very dark out! It says $4.79/gal with cash or Chevron Card)
Tiffany E.

Oak Hills Chevron has a marque advertising regular gas at $4.999/gal regular, or $4.799 per gallon if using cash or Chevron card. When I went to the pump, I used my Chevron card, and the gas was being charged at $4.899/gal. I tried alerting the staff, but they refused to even listen, telling me that I was charged the correct price. I pulled out my phone's calculator and showed that I had purchased 2.041 gallons of gas, and multiplying that by $4.899 gives me a total of $9.9998, which is what I was charged ($10.00). The store's staff continued to say I had been charged the correct price and that I was wrong because "nobody else has complained, and if it was wrong other people would have complained!" He told me to call Chevron, and Chevron then asked to speak with the manager. Both offered me a refund of the $0.21 cents in question (the manager without changing either the marque or the price at the pump and continuing to say that I was wrong), but I am not interested in the $0.21. I am a local and would like to know my local gas station isn't going to scam me. Check the number at the pump, then check the marque. Make sure you're not being scammed. Also, I felt bad for the new guy at the station. He didn't know what to do. The older guy (Ben) had a torn shirt and seems underpaid. One extra star for them, because it isn't their fault the owner is running a scam. Maybe the owner should take the money he's been scamming off customers and give his poor staff members a raise.

My daughters and I were at Fatburgers in Hesperia and thought we also check out Krispy Krunchy…read moreChicken (KKC) that is across the street from Fatburgers. KKC happens to be inside the Circle K food mart. Gas station was not lit for some reason so it was dark when driving into the parking lot. Anyway, we walked in and saw a very small KKC heating bin... almost like a stand. I was surprised that it wasn't bigger like a full operating restaurant. Anyhoo, we still ordered our chicken boxes... chicken was really tiny in size. The lady doubled up on the drumstick to make it one piece LOL. That worked for us. Thank you! The overall Circle K store appeared tight for some reason. Maybe they have too many shelves squished together. Also the lighting inside wasn't that bright compared to their neighbor, Extramiles, across the street. Hopefully, they have resolved their outside lighting issue and perhaps that light energy will trickle to the inside. Will we back to this KKC? Maybe not. We'll try their full service restaurant next time around. But will we be back to this Circle K? Maybe... depends on what we need when we're in the area. Happy Circle K'ing! P.S. Just a little background, I used to work at a Circle K in my early 20s. I was the Assistant Manager. So every time I see a Circle K or go inside one, it brings back some fond memories. Ray (he was my manager back then), if this review crosses your path, I hope you're doing well. Take care.

Looks like they haven't cleaned these bathrooms in weeks. They don't take the Sip and Save beverage subscription here either. But they do sell Krispy Krunchy chicken and there were lots of unhappy people waiting for it. We have to make a note to not stop here ever again.

am sharing my personal experience so other customers can double-check their receipts…read more For several years, I paid approximately $130 for a prescription that is reduced to around $30 when the CVS app barcode discount is scanned. Other CVS locations have consistently applied this discount without issue. At this location, the barcode was not applied, and I paid full price multiple times. After raising the concern, I was informed there would be a review of the situation and possible reimbursement, but the matter remains unresolved. I had one of the most uncomfortable and unprofessional experiences I've ever had at this CVS pharmacy. The pharmacist, Summer Trungh, told me my prescription was "not FDA approved" without properly explaining what that meant, then spoke to me in an aggressive and confrontational manner. When I calmly questioned this and asked for clarification, she escalated the situation instead of de-escalating it. She raised her voice and discussed my medication loudly in front of other customers, which was humiliating and felt like a complete violation of my privacy. I was then told they would not fill my prescription at this location and was threatened that my doctor would be reported, even though there was no clear explanation of any wrongdoing. At no point was I treated with respect, professionalism, or discretion. I left feeling judged, intimidated, and extremely uncomfortable. Pharmacies deal with sensitive medical issues, and patients deserve to be spoken to privately and respectfully--this was the opposite of that. I would strongly recommend CVS corporate review how this location handles patient interactions, because no one should be treated this way when seeking medical care. If you use the CVS app, I recommend confirming that your barcode is scanned and that your discounts are properly applied before completing payment. I hope this feedback helps improve consistency and transparency for patients in the future. On this CVs a pharmacist

It would be a great idea if your employees would leave a time in the middle of the night early…read moremorning when they go to lunch on the door so your customers will be aware of that and if it's only like 5 minutes wait most of us would wait around but when it's over half an hour and still nobody shows up at the door to unlock it it gets to be frustrating because it puts all your early morning drivers that are heading to work way behind so if they could please when they go to lunch write a note saying they're at lunch what time they left and when they return at least so we have an idea how much time we have to spend or should we take off and go somewhere else cuz I can tell you her first hand you're losing a lot of customers by not putting the time when that person that works for you will be return to open the doors again it's going to help you and it's going to help your customers save time and money just a thought because you to lose lots of business when people wait around and then they become late for work it would be very helpful to the customer thank you for hearing my story

There was a young girl in a car next to me. She was eating and sleeping or resting. No she was no she was not homeles. I notice customers coming to the doors, looking around bewildered. Sitting in their cars waiting. I really didnt think much. But I did say to myself. There is sure a lot of people waiting, then lraving. A very nice women asked me. Why are the doors locked and no one inside? She asked me. Then she asked if I worked at 7-Eleven. No I said, have you been inside she asked. No, why? I have been here waiting for 40 minutes and the doors ate locked. No one is inside and I do not believe they are on lunch. I thought maybe and emergency at home. Maybe robbery, maybe Susie. Yep thats what I thought. But then a customer shouwed up and said not again. They do this all the time. I listened, the women stated tell the man how long she has been waiting. He told her not to wait anymore, because they probably will only come back before there shift ends. She said you've got to be kidding, no I am not kidding. They seem to have there own hours hete. She tried calling inside the store, but said as soon as it rang. It clicked off. She asked me why I was here. I told her. Just taking a break, was falling asleep. Was going to take a cat nap . Then wake up for coffee inside.doesnt look like thats gonna happen. She said to me, I need gas. I dont have anyleft. The man said, right there is another gas station go over there. Across was a shell station. I went over there too as I woke up and all of us talking I was awake. Got coffee she put her gas in. At a higher price I will say. I asked the man at the station. Why is their no one at that station. He said, I dont know. That happens a lot and customers come hete complain. Seems that employee has their own hours. It's a mess, and a big prople waiting to happen for whoever wins that place. Got my coffee talked a bit. Then left to head home. But not before I went by that 7-Eleven. And just as I thought over 2 hrs and no one came back. People were pulling up, waiting, then leaving. Shaking their heads.
