The station had put PREMIUM in the MIDDLE, so when you compare the price all the way to the right (usual location for premium) to the Mobil's price all the way to the right (again, assumed premium), you see that Shell is cheaper. A nice luxury SUV had an open gas cap but made no attempt to pump any fuel. He was just standing there. The pump was working perfectly. He was there a long while just leering about. Perhaps there should be signage for customers to be considerate of others. That station is a gem. Patrons should do their business and move on.
