My check engine light appeared after the repair. I went to Auto Zone to have them diagnosis the issue. It was exactly what was E valve repaired. So Manny, tells me to don't over fuel and "Reset" my check engine light. Whew! a month later same issue. again, he resets my check engine light. 3rd time I consented to a smoke test, They determined it was a 02 censor!!!!!!! And I decided I would have the repair done later. Now my car isn't starting after fueling. So I take it to have 02 censor replaced. Same issue my vehicle will not immediately start. I take at least 3 keys turns. Mind you I have AAA, and I was suppose to get 10% off PARTS & Labor. Manny only discounted the labor. I went back and brought this to his attention with the printed information AAA has online & the issue with my car not starting. Manny's slick talk, bring on Monday, I will order the part it's under warranty. I also had 4 new tire installed, My tire monitoring system has been activating ever since, and all he done is bring out a device and places against the tire and says its registering. The front passenger TPMS was damaged upon it being removed from the old tire and placed on the new one. Again, he denies this fault. I picked up my vehicle, on a Tuesday, March 10, 2026 and check enging light was off, and it started with easy. I did fuel it to see if I would have any issue with the starting. On Thursday, the same issue presented itself without the check engine light on. THIS SHOP IS NELIGENT... I AM A WOMAN, AND I WAS TAKEN Advantage OF. If you don't have money to lose, DO NOT HAVE YOU VEHICLE REPAIRED AT THIS CROOKED ESTABLISHMENT. THE DECEIT IS normal business practice. subpar parts are used. Because other my connection for doing business for years, I became a "TARGET". Manny would not even give me the 10% discount on parts!!! Awful, dishonest, unethical, lying, crooks. IT ALL ABOUT TAKING MONEY WITHOUT SUBSTANCE. WOMAN PLEASE CONSULT WITH SOMEONE BEFORE YOU TRUST THIS BUSINESS OR MANNY!!!

They're really good." Literally at least five different businesses told me about this Mobile on Endicott Street. Make sure to call first, just in case, that's what all the businesses told me to do. Tony did my state inspection on my car today, and oh my goodness, I was a mess trying to figure out how to drive this Mercedes-Benz GLB 250. It was so bad that I was literally shaking when I got there because this is my first time having a luxury vehicle and I didn't know how to use anything. Most people drive their cars before buying them, but I got mine from Carvana and I don't recommend that. I highly recommend coming to this shop. He literally taught me where all the buttons were because everything is so different with the Mercedes. Tony, thank you so much! After just getting home from the hospital from my accident with my last vehicle, I had no idea what I was doing with this vehicle. I hope you and your family have a lot of new business, because you guys deserve it. As a woman, it can be very difficult to find a trustworthy place where men don't confuse kindness with flirtation. Tony was very professional and I'm absolutely going to trust him and the team there with anything my vehicle needs in the future. Such a refreshing experience, after going into it being so nervous. Spread the kindness and give this location lots of business!

Where they are lacking is that they don't necessarily diagnose problems unless they are specifically asked about. For example, had done some routine maintenance there and asked about brakes etc since it had been a while since they were replaced. Was told they were fine. Then went to the dealer who did an overall checkup, and they said they needed replacement. Went back to Ed's and asked again - they took a look and said yeah you should replace it. So they either did not check it the first time or were pretty lax about it. Appreciate that they don't try to oversell you which is great though it feels like they might be less diligent about checking things out specifically or keeping an eye out for things unless you specifically direct them to do it. The prices seem fair enough overall - not necessarily the lowest though not the highest. Would probably be best to use them if you are pretty knowledgeable about cars or know exactly what they should focus on, or for routine maintenance.
