Stay clear of this station! I used the Tesla charging station multiple times and went in to ask if they would turn on the air as I had low tire pressure. Lady refused to turn it on unless I purchased gas. This is the first gas station in 10 years that has ever refused to turn on the air. She told me to read the sign on the window but there were so many hand written notes posted in the window it was ridiculous. So I went across the street to Chevron and they happily with no questions asked turned on the air. RV's don't come here, $35 for a dump, what a rip off! read more

Stopped by this location to charge our car at the Tesla super charger. This was my first time going to this gas station. I had to go to the bathroom and went inside and to ask for the code and the lady said I had to buy something. It was then when I saw that they had signs all over the store stating that you had to buy something because they spend $2,000 to maintenance the bathrooms. I just don't think this is fair for the customers that go in there to charge the Tesla cars, because what if you don't need to buy anything. read more

I pumped gas, and the pump doesn't even provide receipts, so I go back in to print the receipt and she gives me attitude like she mad I actually bought gas and now she has to press a button lol like she couldn't handle more activity in her life. read more

I come here all the time to charge my car and typically I buy a drink or something small snack and not ask to use the bathroom. The one time I did not want to buy something because I did not want to ruin my dinner for later I had to use the bathroom. I even told him I buy something almost all the time and he sees me all the time. I am like really I really have to use the bathroom and you don't let me go and he said why don't you buy something I am like I buy stuff all the time. I started going to this location when they put in the Tesla superchargers. I didn't even know it existed before then. Now it seems that they have a problem with the people that use the superchargers. I find that interesting since every dime they've ever gotten from me is because of the superchargers that led me there. I'd usually go in to buy some snacks and drinks while charging. The chicken sandwiches were good. I went there today to buy 2 chicken sandwiches with sides, 2 cokes, and a bottle of water. After walking in I asked for the bathroom code since I wanted to wash my hands before eating. The cashier rudely told me I needed to buy something to use the restroom. I told her I intended to buy something, and I noticed the chicken sandwich place was closed or gone or something. I then said I would buy water, but on my way to the water I changed my mind and thought to myself, I'm not buying anything from someone that is being so rude. She was acting as if she's the sacred keeper of the bathroom code and that I needed a hall pass or something. It was the tone and the delivery as though she was talking down to me. It almost felt like that famous scene in Pretty Woman. I told her and another worker that was dressed like a manager that I would not be buying anything and I left. They said it was the owner's policy. The owner needs to realize that they gained me as a customer because of the chargers, but lost me as a customer because of their awful customer service and weird restroom policy. It seems they do not want us Tesla people there at all. The staff were never very nice on my other visits either and often seemed very dead inside. I'll go somewhere that doesn't require a purchase or even a code to use the restroom. Perhaps a place that remembers me as a paying customer and appreciates my business. Maybe a place where the staff asks how I'm doing and tells me to have a nice day. After my visit, a quick google search showed that I am not alone. Apparently they have signs up all over the place complaining about water usage in the restroom. It seems they don't even consider the amount of times I've bought stuff here and did not use their precious restroom. Shell stations are usually very welcoming, but something is seriously wrong with this place. A quick fix would be to just say no public restroom, but instead they seem to enjoy giving attitude and try to use the restroom as a money making tactic instead of realizing how much business they get from the people stopping there to charge their Teslas. The weird canopies also make backing into the Tesla stalls difficult, and there are many poles all over the place making it difficult to open your door. Hopefully Tesla will continue adding more charging stations to the charging network and this place will slowly fall back off the map where it belongs. Then maybe the owner can sit in the precious bathroom all alone wondering where all the customers went. read more

This place is shabby and run down. About half the pumps didn't work the day I stopped. The worst part is the obstacle course entry. Potholes about 6 inches deep and larger than man hole covers! You could stop for gas and end up needing new shocks. This place is why they don't call them service stations anymore. I always go to this gas station because the pumps aren't squished together like other places. The pumps and the area is always clean is is really nice. It would have received five stars if the windshield cleaning liquid actually had some soap in it. It always feels like they put the minimal amount as it is basically just water. Good but not good enough especially when across the street is chevron with (usually) cheaper gas and really soapy cleaning solution. Other than that, good gas station.
