She got right back to us and after answering some question we set up a time to meet. She accomodated our schedule and took us to see several condos in areas we were interested in. Beth and her associate, Denni, were there every step of the way. We were fortunate to have Beth representing our interests since we were back on the mainland. We highly recommend Beth if you are buying or selling property on the Big Island. She is the best!

It's been a long occasionally bumpy journey of many months, because of the stressed market and limited inventory, but largely thanks to Erika's efforts and persistence, we landed in a marvelous place. I'm fortunate and grateful that she was able and willing to keep plugging away in an insane COVID sellers' market, and guide me to this happy ending, to a better property than I thought possible through much of the process. And her expertise and efforts did not stop once the sale closed. As I told her via text, "I greatly appreciate your expended time and efforts to arrange for repairs, and invaluable advice in getting into the rental milieu." Thanks to Erika Stuart's Herculean efforts, we are now realizing the dream!

I did not know Erika before this purchase. I met Erika when I showed interest in one of her listings that ended up not being right for our family. Erika listened to what I was looking for and actually referred me to inquire of a listing that was not hers. I knew right then Erika was an ethical person who would put my interests first! We asked Erika to be our agent that day. Erika knows the properties on the Kohala coast like the back of her hand. She also knows the local agents and how to interact with them to help advance my needs, but be respectful of the seller & seller's agent at the same time. When things got sticky, Erika jumped in to help get things done, period. Sometimes I felt like Erika was doing the job of the selling and buying agent at the same time (she certainly is capable), but Erika did whatever I needed to help the sale close. Erika responds to every call and email within minutes, even though we were in different time zones. You can "hear" her smile through the phone. Erika facetime'ed me so I could get a feel of the place we were purchasing, sight unseen. She sent me videos and gave me honest feedback throughout the entire process. By truly listening to our competing priorities, Erika helped us to pick a place that was perfect for our needs. Erika was great to work with, I dare say like working with family. Erika is responsive, caring, efficient and organized. We trusted her and she took us all the way to closing, smoothly. I could not have been more pleased with the service provided by Erika. I would refer her to my family and friends without hesitation.
