Who is teaching these people to face customers? You walk in the store and they just stand around looking at you. No smiles or welcome. Disappointing. No knowledge on how to work with customers at all. Which I think they belong at the back of the store and work with products instead. This shows you that they must have an awful manager/supervisors coz you know what they say "s#%t rolls down". One stocky bald guy working in the isle doesn't even know how to work its own register and they call him leadership. Thats gotta be a joke. He preceded to tell me that I can only use 1 manufacture coupon and 1 store coupon. I had 9 items, worth $30 and he's telling me that I can only use 1 manufacture and 1 store coupon. I wanted to laugh, because he's insisting its the register so he can shut down his customer service to me. I tried to explain so he can figure out how to ring me up properly. But he didn't. Theres no point talking to this guy, I didn't want to laugh and embarrass him in front of customers and the new cashier. So I used 1 coupon and still had a problem, till another cashier did it and it was fine. That means, that cashier knew what she was doing and that leadership did not. I mean cmon, dont blame the register when it's the leadership operator error lol. Just admit you didn't know and get help. I really suggest that they retrain these employees and familiarize them with their register and their own policy. Doesn't even know how the couponing rules works. It's embarrassing coz other Walgreens stores have such great knowledge on this and this store does not at all‍

Well, not in this area at least. They also have a decent ethnic aisle (ok, not a whole aisle but it'll do). It's annoying to see people park directly in front of the store. If you don't want to park in a regular parking lot, there's that whole 15 minute area along the curb. But it's not Kroger's fault for inconsiderate people. I was stoked when they opened their gas station. I would probably say it's the most convenient gas station this side of town, easy to get in and out of and close to the interstate. The guy that works late there is interesting though. I used to think he was nice, now I don't know if he's just socially awkward or just flat out rude on purpose. I will give him the benefit of the doubt by just assuming he's going through some stuff. Regardless, I no longer go up to the window if he's working there. Lastly, thank you Kroger's for closing at midnight. I work late every night, I swear I don't pop in last minute just to annoy you all. At least my visits are only 5 minutes tops!

I called in to have 2 prescriptions filled on Feb 27, 2026, and only one needed doctor approval. The other prescription was sent electronically to them. For the last 6 months I have had to tell Walgreens to fill that medicine. They should of had it filled already. So when I go in they argue with me over the one that should of been filled stating they need to speak to the doctor and I said yes for the naratriptan but the other, tramadol was sent to yall on Feb 10, 2026 and it should of been filled already. NOPE and they got really nasty with me and told me not to raise my voice and I explained I havent raised my voice and you dont want me to. Then another black lady came over and started getting nasty with me too. She asked if I called it in and I said yes and there is proof on my phone.. The pharmacist said then go get it and show me.. As I was returning to show proof of their INCOMPETENCE the Hispanic manager said I was banned from the store.. The DEI and WOKE crap is over and I refuse to allow anyone to be nasty towards me when all I asked is for you to do your job. Always clean with friendly associates helping out. The store itself is really nice. They have a…read morenice beer cave and also run specials regularly on food, drinks, and even ice cream for when you want to stop in on one of those hot days. Coffee is always good & fresh, but less variety than a lot of places. I get in & out of the store quickly but the parking lot can be a bit of a problem.
