I had my very first appointment with Kim last week and it was wonderful! Kim was patient, kind, professional, and she explained the procedure and areas which may be more sensitive. She even let me watch a movie on my phone to keep myself occupied during the procedure. I had my original consultation with Kim as well, she was very sweet and quelled all my concerns about tolerating the laser. She did a test pulse on my leg, which was not as bad as I had imagined. After that, I was able to relax when it came time for the actual treatment. The staff here is wonderful and very friendly. The cost for the laser hair removal treatments were reasonably priced and I was even able to get more areas done than originally planned.
