I called in to have 2 prescriptions filled on Feb 27, 2026, and only one needed doctor approval. The other prescription was sent electronically to them. For the last 6 months I have had to tell Walgreens to fill that medicine. They should of had it filled already. So when I go in they argue with me over the one that should of been filled stating they need to speak to the doctor and I said yes for the naratriptan but the other, tramadol was sent to yall on Feb 10, 2026 and it should of been filled already. NOPE and they got really nasty with me and told me not to raise my voice and I explained I havent raised my voice and you dont want me to. Then another black lady came over and started getting nasty with me too. She asked if I called it in and I said yes and there is proof on my phone.. The pharmacist said then go get it and show me.. As I was returning to show proof of their INCOMPETENCE the Hispanic manager said I was banned from the store.. The DEI and WOKE crap is over and I refuse to allow anyone to be nasty towards me when all I asked is for you to do your job. So I call another Walgreens and guess what I got the same pharmacist and she even changed her story to what actually happened and she was lying. Walgreens hired some really INCOMPETENT PHARMACIST AND TECHS. Those 2 women should be fired and that BOTH Walgreens should be closed in BUCKEYE AZ.. Pretty sad that people have become this way and they cannot accept a loud person.. I refuse to have a black woman tell me im privileged because I'm white..and treat me nasty.. okay lady okay
