Appointment time was kept promptly, which to me is the hallmark of a well run practice. BTW, some of the whiners giving bad reviews complain about delivery times. All practices (even Wal-Mart and Sam's) are at the mercy of the optical labs. While this has not been my experience here, it's an issue for any optician's office - small or large. My doctor had agreed to write a prescription as "no substitutions" TWICE in a row now, but whether the doc made an error or there was computer issue, it came through to the pharmacy as "substitutions allowed." This is a big problem for me, as fillers vary from the "real" meds and between generics. So, I got the generic, took a deep breath, and went in the address it. They were incredible! They not only cheerfully refunded what I had paid for the meds I don't feel safe taking, they checked the prescription, said they were happy to note that I only wanted the *brand name here* and not a generic, and that they would take responsibility for always filling it with the *brand name here* only!!
