Wow. All I can say is wow…read more Let me start with this: the manager, Stephanie, has a small sign with her name on it that blabs some cliches about customer service. Sadly, it's obvious it's only in words. She is not anywhere to be found on a Saturday. There was barely a handful of customers in there and I counted 5 employees total. She needs to be... Employees were arguing about helping customers. No one is helping anyone unless you grab their attention. You don't have to be there long until you realize it's a toxic situation, and most of it seems employees don't want to tangle with one particular employee. I don't know her name but she is loud and rude and with the other employees with no apparent care for anyone else or doing her job. The best I can tell is she has counter duty and she is shirking her work. The manager on duty (grey shirt girl) also seems at a loss how to handle such a toxic person.
