But when I needed some serious car help, these guys stepped up big time. I was spoiled growing up to have a father who doubled as my mechanic, and so it was hard to trust someone else with my baby. I'd had the same car since I was 17, and I wanted to keep her around as long as possible. They guys here helped me to do just that. They are honest, up front, and do not BS you about your vehicle. You many not always like what they say, but they aren't crooks. They will tell you exactly what you need done and what they think you should do. They are going to be a bit more expensive than those one-hour-oil-change places but you won't have any issues or complaints after they take care of your car. It's a smaller shop so keep that in mind when planning to drop your ride off here: it will take a little more time but again, you can't beat the results. I can honestly say I wouldn't trust anyone else in Nashville with my car. And if they couldn't fix a problem, they could refer you to someone who could. That happened when I needed a muffler, and they referred me to a fantastic local guy at Batey who did an amazing job. Thanks to them, I was able to keep my older car running for years before needing to get another one. And they are still kind to me anytime I come by for gas. They are good to you and will remember you and help you if you give them the respect they deserve for their hard work and honesty.
