I think the main things for me would be to simplify the menu and offer size options. Something like half a bagel or like a "classics variety" (like a variety cheesecake). The mashed potatoes were some of the best I ever tasted. And I had bread pudding which was stellar! Wife has the same roast beef but has the macaroni and cheese as well as fried green tomatoes and raved about both. It's always amazing, authentic southern style food. But what makes this place so special is the people. The Arnold's put so much love and care into their place, you can't help but feel like one of them. I brought my mom, dad, aunt, and uncle here.
