An unauthorized charge was made on my account at a store I had NEVER been in and for services I NEVER used!!. It took three calls to my bank, verbal confrontations, the police, visits to two stores before Andy reversed the charge. I will still report this incident to the Attorney General's office and on every social network of which I am a member.

Having spent a lot more time at this location since I first wrote this review... I've learned what…read moreto expect, and what to avoid. Overall, it is still not a great Sheetz location. I can't count on the tea to be filled and available whenever I go in, and I don't really get much food there anymore, so without being able to get a drink in the morning every time, it kind of makes me stopping pointless. Usually, it is there, but I would say once every couple of weeks I will walk in and the urns are empty, waiting to be serviced (like they have been noticed, but tea is not being brewed). It's frustrating when the brewed tea isn't available, because bottled drinks are so packed with sugar. I like to put just a small amount of sweet tea in a mostly unsweet cup. I do like that they have the powdered lemon available. Generally... they could probably do better here. It is a pretty busy location, so I feel like investing in more staff if needed would be worth it.
