They did check and replace my air filter. On my receipt it shows that it was checked but not replaced. The next oil change I received was from a licensed mechanic and I was made aware that my air filter casing had been broken. I was told the only way this could happen is if someone took it out improperly and that when my last air filter was changed, they would have noticed this and should have made me aware of it if it was from a previous oil change or maintenance or unless. So not only did the oil change cost me way more than any oil change I've had before, now I'm stuck with a bill for a new air filter casing. I wouldn't recommend this place to my friends. I wouldn't even recommend it to someone I don't like.

The vehicle didn't run and had to be hauled into the shop, when we arrived the lady at the front desk was snarky not very helpful. When I mentioned the warranty she brushed me off, offered the policy number and she didn't want it. Once the day of the appointment came everything was rushed and no real diagnostics were done, I was told I needed to install a new bumper and shutter system. If the tech had actually looked at the bumper or ran the VIN they would have known that the vehicle already had one but it wasn't working properly. I was given a quote and told that my warranty didn't cover the work because the part wasn't damaged just "freezing up.' I asked for further diagnostics into the issues to confirm that this was the problem and was told the vehicle had already been taken out of the shop and they didn't have time to look at it again. I paid the 1,400$ bill only to have the same issue arise the next week. I ended up taking the vehicle to a different shop and received much better service, I believe that Accutech never submitted the quote to Lubrico, the receptionist they never did asked for a policy number or want it, once the other shop submitted the claim to Lubrico I received a call from them confirming the work needed which never happened with Accutech. Taking the vehicle to them was a waste of time and money, over 1,400$ to be exact.

I do like how clean and well organized the store is.. I wish my house looked as put together. They have a very nice and extensive pharmacy section; more selection than a lot of competitors nearby. I'm not sure whether that is to compete with London Drugs next door, but it is definitely a nice addition.. There is also a larger than usual bulk food section (Note, bulk here does NOT mean cheaper than pre-packaged.. ) Overall I still recommend, but I think they need to work on their pricing. I'm sure they make a lot of profit off college students, most of whom are walking distance, who haven't learnt how to shop for the best prices yet.

So we will have our truck Friday. Friday morning we called for a update and they said the parts were not in but for sure Saturday. Same story Saturday morning , so I called pats auto and went to pick up the parts myself and dropped them off at the dealership. They iMessagedback and said I had the wrong part , with no offer to go pick up the correct part . So I went again to Pats auto to grab the correct part and drop it off. I was quoted $1500 , I still ended up paying $1300 for the truck . The parts I bought were $400. -So three days of paying cab fee , we live 6 hrs north - had to pay another night for room and meals for me and wife - I had to grab the parts myself - no courtesy vehicle My wife phoned the manager and explained what happened and told him she doesn't want that to happen to anyone else . His reply was , well you didn't have a appointment to begin with ( so what's the point of a late night drop off box ), along with other reason defending his staff and their actions . There's a post office and a pharmacy in here, plus lots of help to get your groceries to your car. If your lucky enough to show up early enough where just so happens the secretary isnt in the manager slash mechanic Dale gives you a quote and time to drop off your vehicle. Once you show up the secretary happily lets you know youve been misquoted and its actually more than the quote Dale gave you. Coincidentally this is exactly what they did to me the first time around and Im sure of it it has happened to many others. Also completed requested service and didnt reset the sensors. Told to come back another day he was busy. I guess sense I already paid who cares right. The secretary is a real piece of work too and didn't like being called out their little scam. Save yourself the trouble of being over quoted and go somehere else. The second time around another shop asked why would they quote you so much. I said I dont know.
