There were 2 associates behind the counter, one apparently getting ready to leave for the day. One young lady asked the other if she could work a particular shift while we were waiting. After a few moments, the girl ready to leave broke through the line and violently slammed her hand into the door opening it shouted "I hate this f***ing place!". I was totally shocked at this behavior. It makes me question the training the girl received! I'm not sure I want to shop at this location anymore. The young girl that was left to serve the remaining customers was embarrassed by the behavior but continued on like a trooper!

Giant Eagle, by far, has the best gas reward program of any other grocery store in central Ohio. I don't remember off of the top of my head what the exchange rate for food bought to gas price is but it's pretty good. I usually can get 70 cents a gallon knocked off right away from one weekly shopping trip. I can save the gas points up or I can cash them in right away. They stay for quite a while so there's no hurry to use them up. The only draw back to this one location is that it's small and congested so it's not uncommon to get wedged in from other cars or have to so some tight maneuvering to get out and away from the other people looking for cheap gas. That's minor though when getting cheap gas. Cheap gas rules!

Online it says they are open 24 hours, but there is at least two or three days out of the work week where they are shut down, closed, lights off, and no signs of life. Just for an example they were open last Sunday and the Sunday before, but this Sunday morning they are closed, if there was at least a pattern of when this place is open or closed I would not be complaining. but of course on the days they are randomly closed I'm forced to turn around to go to the BP gas station. One of the coworkers confirmed that they did indeed, at one point, have my card but it was "misplaced". I was definitely nice and polite since it was originally my mistake but their actions after the conversation is what really bothered me. They tried towing my car while I was calling my boyfriend to come help me get gas, they literally placed out of order signs on all their pumps so that- even when my boyfriend did show up- I wouldnt be able to get gas. This place has a horrible manager and despite the fact that my boyfriend and I always used to go here, I will no longer be continuing my patronage at this location or probably any other BP from now on.
