Then I had to call the store and they just told me to walk to the window..... then told me that they were out of everything but chicken breasts. These workers just wanted to leave. Why be open for a time if you are just closing early and making it difficult for the customers.

My first trip I tried one of their coney dogs and loved the the flavor of the chili with that tangy hint of mustard so much, I came back the next day while I was visiting family in Ohio. I also enjoyed it so much, I discovered its sold in stores in St Louis! Safe to say I can see why those from Cincy love it so much. The chili is flavorful. It is supposed to be a blank canvas and the cinnamon offers another depth. For something simple as a coney dog, chili, mustard and shredded cheese, really left an impact and cant wait to try your other offerings!

The Giant Gargantuan is significantly smaller than it has been in the past, nothing Giant about it. The spicy Italian was all hot peppers and meat, a smidge of lettuce, and Mayo. For $51.02 I am disappointed. I did not feel like driving an hour round trip to return the sandwich and get a new one. According to Logan, as long as there is bread and the meat is present, the sandwich is made correctly. JJ's makes out, consumer gets to absorb the cost for their mistake and I am expected to be a return customer. No apology, just a bring it back and I get a replacement, and a policy quote. It is a losing proposition no matter what I choose, I waste money on a sandwich no one wants to eat because it's not what we ordered, I can waste time and gas driving to get a replacement, or I can just suck it up and eat a sandwich I don't want to eat.
