Sheetz is always the best gas station because there are bathrooms always open and clean. The made to order food here is decent but it's a gas station. Always a fan of Sheetz for their fuel pricing, snacks and food. This is your typical Sheetz layout and has the convenience items, self and standard check out, and the Sheetz fast food restaurant. I filled up and got some snacks and off I went. It was a busy location, in a busy traffic area, so I personally found it a bit difficult getting out back onto Brice Road with all the traffice and Tussing road traffic lane limitations. It worked out and I am sure would be easier if I was more familiar with the area. This is a good clean location, and had all you need and more if looking for a fuel or pit stop. I should have been the first one to review this place, but procrastination won the day(s). Anyhoo... First of all, expanding to Columbus, OH - YES, YES, YES!!!! I've always loved this place, but only got to enjoy it while visiting the in-laws in Maryland. It had been so long that I'd forgotten about it. They came out of the box with lower gas prices which caused an overload of cars (and really hasn't let up to this day). Because of the entry points and pump positioning, it's hard to navigate throughout and the fact that 2-3 pumps have been out of service these past few weeks... Sigh. I had to drop a star for that. You can get some longer-than-usual waits in line for the register, but keep in mind that some people are paying for food. They do have kiosks at which to place your order and expedite things if you pay at them, though. Now the food. Definitely five stars. I've learned to place my orders through the app to avoid the wait, as this has become a hangout spot for teens in the evening. But that's not a problem either. Plenty of seating space for you to relax in. I've had the Bahama Mama (which is excellent), the hotdogs (2 for $1 is a great deal), the chicken sub (very tasty), fries and other items that I can't recall at the moment, but nothing has disappointed me at all. My only complaint would be the epic amounts of relish and onions that they put on the dogs. When you order them on the app, there's no option for "light" amounts. But hey, just scrape them off, right? My other minor issue is with the toasted buns. They seem to have a problem with over-heating them. So much so that they're not as enjoyable. I prefer heated over regular, but if they can find a happy medium, these sandwiches would be excellent! Now those shakes. I'd put them up against just about any restaurant. This is a new sheetz located on bride RD. Really easy to get to if you live in Pickerington and some of the best cheese curds around. We really come for their menu since it's super affordable and really good. Their burgers are built to order and their chicken strips are huge. Try the spicy chicken sandwich if you want to go a little spicy. You will be asked for money as you enter the building from the homeless walking around, just prepare yourself for that one. The place is filthy inside and out. Restrooms are nasty, store is gross, outside is a trash dump. Corporate Sheetz needs intervene and take this location over. Sheets does not show any regard for the community when offering steep discounts in gas. They caused traffic jams, road rage incidents and blocked the intersection in front of their location. While I don't care if they offer specials on fuel, they should have planned better to prevent long lines and traffic jams for the rest of the community. I think they should have to pay for a traffic cop to help direct traffic to to reduce congestion caused by their discount gas. Was not very happy with Sheetz. read more

Food service has went down hill bad , don't think ill be stoping at this location anymore . First it was all three coffee machines were down . Then Ordered tacos like i have multiple times before and there always stuffed with the extras you put on them , but for some reason this time they threw them in a plastic container and threw lettuce cheese and sour cream all over top of them ? They had one job to do and still got it wrong . You can see the pics , if i wanted nachos i would of ordered nachos . Employees are so lazy now they just don't care about the customers . The gentleman at the front registers where I paid for my made-to-order wrap was very polite. There was one gal working the sandwich station. She looked like she was new and still learning the ropes, so the gentleman overseeing her should have taken the queue and jumped in and helped make the line of sandwiches; I would have had to wait half the time I did. This Sheetz has many more food options. I've been to the S. Hamilton Road location, and they had only salads and paninis, that was it. I got a Turkey Wrap: bacon, provolone, tomato, sautéed green peppers and onions, and lite mayo. The wrap was good. It would be awesome if they had even more toppings options, as the wrap was sparsely filled; I ended up cutting away almost half the wrap. They should use a smaller-diameter wrap, or up the price by adding more volume of toppings. read more
