Very disappointing experience at this Murphy USA location. We prepaid $20 for gas and clearly…read morerequested Pump 14, but the cashier mistakenly activated Pump 13. Before the issue could be corrected, the customer at Pump 13 pumped the gas that we had paid for and drove away. When we went inside to ask for help, the two managers were extremely rude and argumentative. Instead of trying to resolve the mistake, they raised their voices, blamed us, refused to help, and told us our only options were to either leave the store or pay another $20 for gas. Mistakes can happen, but the way we were treated was completely unacceptable. We simply wanted assistance getting the gas we had already paid for. I hope Murphy USA addresses both the customer service issues and the handling of situations like this so other customers don't have the same experience.

The convenience store itself is fairly small in scale, but has innumerable cold drink choices. There's also some gaming machines along with ATM and bitcoin machine. You'll also find plenty of smoke/vape products along with plenty of iced down beer in the trough. There are no propane tanks to rent here and many of the items inside the store had no price tags. You are required to go inside, prepay for gas, come out to pump, then go back in for the refund of what you did not use. On the plus side, if you check in with Yelp, you get a free small drink. Also, the bathrooms were clean.
