I told the cashier I wanted the balance after paying for the drinks in Texas Two Step tickets but she printed the entire $14 in tickets and told me I had to pay the difference. I guess the manager that looked older than dirt then came over and told me he couldn't sell me the drinks and refused to give me my tickets for the $14 in lottery they printed so the thieves stole from me this amount...I guess Corporate has instructed their employees to use "reverse" shrinkage methods to make up the difference. I won't ever give Racetrack a penny again. First time in my life I've had a business straight out steal from me.

The inside of the Corner Store is a little cramped, sometimes feeling crowded, but has all your usual convenience store grabs. Contractors, workers from yard maintenance, Air Conditioner, plumbers, you name the trade they were there getting ice, coffee, breakfast, you name it and the employees were great efficient and were helpful. I was there for antibacterial wipes! Ok, I am a freak about clean hands and I walked out with just my phone and keys so no handbag with stuff I use. This Kroger is extremely large and the parking lot is huge. However, the fuel center is an average…read moresize with 16 pumps. It's one of two in town and I feel they could have taken advantage of their space better. There are too many entry points to the fuel center in a very busy parking lot, off a busy street, so it can be insanely dangerous at times. It's too bad they didn't choose to change the layout for efficiency and safety, because there is plenty of room to do so. I would like to see them take over a larger, rectangular section of the parking lot with controlled entry and exit points. That's really the only negative though, and in this town, a bad parking lot can be par for the course. The prices are decent and the area is usually kept clean. The one on Teasley tends to run a little cheaper, but this location still beats out the cheapest (non Kroger) gas station in town by at least a nickel. Also, it's way better than anything on my side of town, gas prices around my house are ridiculous. The prices alone are enough of a reason for me to keep coming back. Other perks include further discounts with your points, polite staff and well stocked supplies.
