It wasn't exactly massive, and it wasn't packed with enough salmon to require a second bagel to contain it, but I can sleep better at night knowing that the salmon was almost certainly responsibly sourced and delicately carried by well-paid laborers to the cutting board of a place where everyone eats organic and at least one employee has a tattoo of a lotus flower.
