We bought the part ourselves but then the dodge dealer said if we bring the part and do not order from them labor is $1300. Looked up auto services here on yelp, found R & R. Joe quoted 180 for labor, flat rate. He said if we get the car in by 9:00 AM the next day he'd make sure it was the first thing worked on. We did, and he did. We paid the quote price for labor. We have a few other things on our other car to fix, so we will be repeat customers. Joe and his family and team are great people, very personable, friendly. No B.S.. Thank you Joe from the Andersons! I WAS SO IMPRESSED WITH THE HONESTY AND RESPONSIBILITY I ACTUALLY GAVE HIM A TIP…read more Great place! On my F250 power-stroke I had the radiator flushed, transmission fluid exchanged and the oil changed. They had all that done in under an hour. That would of been at least a half day at a regular mechanic shop. Then I had another problem with the truck and Derrick took care of it right away. I was so impressed with the honesty and responsibility I actually gave him a tip. When is anyone so happy with their experience at a mechanic shop they give them a tip? I imagine not very often. Great place! Felt like a small town garage where they actually cared. John new my trucks specs and fluid capacity right of, which was pleasant because most don't and I usually have to make sure it is done right because of the how much fluids my truck takes. Craig helped a bit too and was the nicest guy. Great place!

Holy moly.. don't walk but RUNNNN AWAY FROM THIS SCAM ARTIST…read more The shop: Dirty gross reals of smoke and that's not the worst Mark: Pretends like his name is Smark like a super hero! What a unprofessional loser. Speaks down to everyone he speaks to. When I first walked in there was a guy yelling at him that he was going to Sue him walking out the door. My fault I should have turned around. Rude, no class, no ethics, no morals. He was bragging to me when he was working on my car about how he told off some guy and purposely didn't fix it correctly because he didn't like him. WOW. His work: Right after I had him work on my car not 1-2-3-4- but 5 things broke on it from his work. I had to take it to Golden Triangle Auto many times for them just to take everything out that he did and have them fix it. The techs and the owner all came together to demand my money back or sue him for scamming me. Professionalism and class: None. Absolutely none. If you don't have a personality or nothing going for you get out of anything with people. You'd be a great window washer. Reputation: Unfortunately the guy that reccomeded me to him actually swore him off for life for completely screwing his motor up and the guy had to buy a new motor from Marky marks dismal intellect on fixing issues. Any bad review he finds himself being super smart. Buddy you work in a dirty dingy shop rip cigs all day and loved to lear he was on his 8th beer while working on my car. The car: Of this is a gem. I get back in my car. My car reeks of cigs and I asked why my car was covered in ash from cigs and a blonde girls hair everywhere? He said he drove it for a while and had his girlfriend in it. Ready for this 70... yes... 70 extra miles we're on the car when I got it back... I can usually say Something kind always. Not a chance. Never ever ever ever use this guy. No response needed loser
