Any other Costco…read moreI've been to has lines for days, but even the day before a snowstorm nearly at rush hour I've only seen the lines about 5 cars deep max. The extra-stretchy pumps takes the guessing game out of which line to be in and the double pump per aisle means more people are in and out quickly. I rarely see an attendant roaming around, but I've also never needed assistance. I'm sure they'd be quick to respond if you had an issue. The only issue with this gas station set up is that there is a bottle neck entry point and really not a lot of space to line up if there were more cars wanting gas (and maybe this is what turns people away from waiting). The gas station wasn't really well-designed or well-thought out, but I'm glad its there and I've never had an issue!

They also have great coffee and snacks etc that I often partake of. They have an employee that was especially pleasant tonight and her name is Keats. She made an extremely cold night a little warmer and her hair is beautiful. I will continue to buy gas here for years to come, I'm sure.

I went back in and the guy asked me if I had stayed in the wash until it was done, which, of course, I had! So, he sent me back through again, with the same result. Suds everywhere. I went back in again and he was really offended and gave me a refund, but not without saying in a nasty tone "I don't want to see you in here again," like I had come in for a free, car wash - and this wasn't my first time doing it. It…read moresometimes offers prices on gas that is much lower than the surrounding competition but that usually causes a large backup of traffic to exit the highway and can cause a long wait for an open pump. So beware of the ill experienced or impatient driver. Overall not a bad place to get gas.

Now the detailing and customer service. With membership comes the incredible wash and detailing of your car! My windows require darker tinting, they have a recomendation and how to better car for all the nooks and crannies, cuby holes where my White Dog's hair finds hidden spots on black interior!! Yet there is the apparent theme that he completely looses his temper and screams at people. Business owner/ employee or not this is not an okay way to treat other people. He is super disturbed and I would recommend never supporting his behavior or business. FEMALS beware, he's genuinely horrifying. I was driving by and saw him screaming at a younger girl. Beyond unacceptable. Do not go into his store without a gown man with you to protect you.
