I found this Wawa and after pulling in I immediately noticed how popular this location is with the locals as I navigated the swarm of cars jockeying for a position at one of their many pumps. I used the secure autopay at the pump and then requested a paper receipt from the dispenser which was successful eliminating the need to go inside so I can't speak of the interior or the staff. As busy as this place was it looked pretty good on the outside and all the equipment looked to be well maintained and was in good working order along with competitive fuel prices. I think if I lived near by this would be my choice to fill my tank and pick up a few odds and ends...

1st time trying this franchise. Highly disappointed. I don't have great expectations for automatic…read morecar washes as they are bad for your vehicle, but sometimes you have to risk it. Paid $22 for "The Works" package which is supposed to include Tire Gloss, Ceramic Body Wax, Red Hot Cleanser, Rainbow Coat, 3-Step Wheel Cleaning, Tommy Guard, and Underbody Flush. There was no pre-wash or prep prior to driving into the tunnel. The belt moved fast, hence the "express" name, I suppose. After the wash, I parked at the vacuums to clean the inside. Upon inspecting my vehicle, I was shocked that it wasn't fully clean. The wheels were still dirty; 3rd step requiring me to finish with the provided "Windex" and rags apparently. The tires had no shine. I waited for everything to dry before taking the picture that I submitted. The bumpers, windshield, and mirrors still had bug guts on them that I removed using their "Windex" and rags. I imagine that this is why the other comments complain of lack of rags because we need several to finish doing the job Tommy's was supposed to do. Overall, this was a complete waste of time and money. Don't bother asking for my review to be removed or offer a refund. The damage is done and people need to be aware of what they are getting. With all the car wash competition around, I had high hopes Tommy's would set themselves apart, except they did so negatively. Very unfortunate.
