Don't understand why 2 people are on break at the same time. Turning customers away from purchasing items that support' the business and its employees. Very disappointing!!!

Then she said " this isn't your gas, it's hers, ( pointing to a woman behind her). I'm so confused at this point. I stated , how can it be hers if she is over there and I'm pumping. Fast forward, I go inside and she is still yelling at me.. then she says the woman told her pump 16, it should have been 15. I stated I hope that after I pay " her" gas, that when I pisump mine I don't get double charged. She then said to me again screaming " do you want my f'n name, address And ss number ". I walked out to finish pumping.. I put my card back in and it says ' can't continue, changed owed". I when in and said told her what the pump said. Again she is screaming at me.. sjhe said i dont owe you nothing. I explained that wasnt what i was saying, that the pump was saying this. So as she keeps screaming. I said mam, i came to get gas. I did nothing wrong. You entered the wrong pump number. Now she lost it. Screaming she doesnt make mistakes. As i went out side this other woman who screwed up the numbers has been following me back and forth. Not saying anything, just a stupid grin on her face. I turned to her and said. You should be apologizing to both that attendant and me for all this. Well she started calling me sime really nasty filthy names. Thru her keys on the ground and wanted to fight. I honestly was so angry i was going to get out and slap her. Because of the nadty mouth of hers. In the end i just got in my car and left. Instead of the attendant coming to me politely in the first place and stating she entered the wrong pump number and say that she had put in an amount of $18. For this woman. It would have been so much easier. But to come out yelling and acting like i did something wrong.Never ever again will i go there. And i will make sure every one i know doesnt use Murphys. Because their attendant have absolutely no customer service skils. To be reprenting a company, screaming and yelling and cursing is absolutely unacceptable.
