This gas station's car wash is working once again. There are four choices of service. I really like that they still sell ethanol-free gasoline from two of their fuel dispensers. They even have one (1) brand of non-alcoholic beer for sale inside. The clerk who helped me was friendly and well-informed. Unfortunately, there are no windshield cleaning supplies available for customers. But, more importantly, they offer a free air hose to fill car tires. A solid four stars here. read more

I only ever stop at this gas station if i'm LITERALLY about to run out of gas. Then I only pump a couple of dollars worth to get to another gas station that values their customers more than their own greed. Places like this give Germantown, TN a bad name. This store is constantly 30 - 50 cents higher than everywhere else except the Exxon across the street. Both stations are actively engaged in robbing the citizens with their gas prices. read more

Growing up my dad owned three full serve gas stations. Me and both of my brothers grew up cleaning windshields, pumping gas and eventually fixing tires. Funny thing was back then they were not called full service gas stations, but that is exactly what each customer received. This morning after leaving physical therapy I noticed that my driver side rear tire was very low. I remember noticing that Exxon sold air for $1.00 - (When did we get to the point that buying "air" was o.k.?) Then I remembered that the Shell on the corner of Poplar and Germantown Parkway still has a full service lane. I pulled in and there was a young man putting air in another vehicles tires, I asked him if he would check my rear tire because I thought it was low. He glanced around the Hummer and said, "They're all low sir". I went inside to pay for the service and the fella inside said "Airs free"! The young man checking the tires for me is named Eric. He was polite, courteous and was freezing because it was about 39 degrees out and he had a line of cars waiting for air or gas. Now Eric could have very easily said ,sure man I'll check your rear tire and stopped at that. But he did not. Even though he was cold, he took the time to check all four. By the way all four were low. Good ole fashioned customer service! So Eric, for going above and beyond and Shell, for still having Full Service - you both get five stars! read more

This is the most expensive gas in Germantown. The kroger fuel points typically do not work right at the dated pumps. The service is friendly, and the convenience store doesn't have anything in it that anyone who doesn't want cancer should eat. The car wash is touchless (read: worthless). It is on the corner, though, and sometimes just having driveways facing the right direction is all a store really needs to be successful. read more

This is the most raggedy gas station I've ever been to. The gas station attendant put my money on the wrong pump and someone else got my gas. The attendants name was Montashia or something similar. Her attitude was terrible and she would not let us speak with with a manager or provide us with the number to corporate. I have called and made a complaint with corporate and I'm waiting for a response but just wanted to make it clear how disappointed I was with the poor customer service. read more

This was once a family owned business. Like so many other gas stations (most actually), it has been bought by foreigners. That being said, the new owners have completely re-vamped the store....it is MUCH nicer now. The new staff is over the top friendly as well. Gas is still expensive, but that's just part of being in Germantown. So far the new owners have done a great job there. Plus, they carry Mt Dew Dewshine; and the only other place(s) I have found that drink is on the Gulf Coast. Kudos! read more

I recently got my oil changed here, and they were extremely friendly and very fast! I was also about to go on a trip, so they checked out everything for me. They balanced my tires (because they were making a noise and weren't driving as smoothly as they normally were.) The bill was extremely fair, and they didn't try to sell me things I didn't need! This place used to be so friendly and helpful. Since now under new ownership, it has dramatically changed. I stopped in on a Monday morning around 8:40 am to have a tire plugged. The employee at the register was nice as could be and explained that the man who could repair my tire would be in at 9:00. Sure enough the guy shows up at 9 so I proceed to pull my vehicle over to have him take a look. This guy NEVER acknowledged that I was even there. I finally had to walk back in the store after waiting an additional 10 minutes and hunt this idiot down and ask if he was going to look at my truck. He told me NO that he didn't have time to do that right now because he was too busy. Are you kidding me??? There were no other customers anywhere to be seen. I politely asked if he was serious but he proceeded to keep walking away and disappeared to the stockroom never to return. It is sad that morons like this guy treat customers in this fashion. I recommend that anyone considering stopping here to GO ELSEWHERE. Maybe this idiot will get the message that customers are important to the success of this business or maybe he should go into another line of work. read more

Horrible. Pulled up to full service the other day because I have a nail in my tire. It was raining pretty hard. The man who does full service stood inside eating and ignored me. He then walked outside toward the car wash (I thought he was going to grab something and then come help me) and he lit up a cigarette and continued to ignore me. I stayed there for 4 minutes and finally left. I've never felt so invisible. A mom in a minivan with no one to help and then I'm ignored by the people who are being paid to help someone like me. This isn't how this gas station used to be run! What a disgrace. Terrible!! read more
