this place is an absolute disgrace of an auto shop and car dealer. needs to be reported to the bbb…read moreand state of michigan/lose their dealer license immediately. brought my truck 2 weeks ago to have an oem headlight swap done. i have phone records showing i have called 19 times! 18 calls for kyle scheidel the service manager & most recently just "a manager" every single time i get "kyle is with a customer but he will call right back" .. so much i can finish their sentence. most recently just simply a manager same response! i am so busy that is my only work truck - this place has made my life hell i am having to use my bronco as a truck and rent from home depot when i need a truck bed. i contacted my attorney today who said to call the police and report it stolen. beware beware beware. the 5 star reviews are half fake i should have listened to the multiple people that say they messed up their lift, put in the wrong fuel computer and take forever. unreal. i wont be calling again. the next call you get will be from my attorney and the state police. a bunch of crooks. if you dont have the knowledge say that, if you dont have the staff and are busy say that. dont waste peoples time and money lie cheat and steal! i am going tk make it my life mission to make sure that everyone knows how much of crooks these people are and dont go through the hell i did. please stay away.

Agreed to terms, got it financed, salesmen Bronson helped me clean out my old cars (traded in two), and I was on the road in no time. They have a pretty darn good selection of low mileage used SUVs and trucks. They do service, wheels, tires, lifts, you name it and I'll bring it to them next time I need something. Awesome experience as far as car buying goes.
