Unfortunately, I strongly believe the wash damaged my brand-new 2025 Chevy Tahoe--not once, but twice. After the first incident, I noticed a vertical crease high on the passenger side. Because a basketball hoop had fallen at my home that same week, I initially thought that might have caused it. I went through the wash again without incident, which seemed to support that theory. However, after a later visit, I drove directly to the lake and discovered the same type of vertical creasing in a different area high on the passenger side. At that point, the pattern was difficult to dismiss as a coincidence. I have filed incident reports four times. After the first report, the manager called and said she had reviewed the video and that the wash was working perfectly. I have received no response to my other three reports. My Tahoe is brand-new, and I feel sick every time I look at the damage. After years as a loyal monthly customer, I am extremely disappointed by both the damage and the lack of follow-up. I strongly recommend staying away, especially if you have a larger or newer vehicle.

This Nouria location on Hooksett Rd offers some of the most competitive gas prices in the area!…read moreFormerly Mega-X, this Nouria features Mobil gas with 8 fueling positions and a Dunkin' Donuts with Drive Thru. This Nouria convenience store and gas station is a convenient location to stop for Mobil gas, snacks, cold drinks, and Dunkin' Donuts. The layout of the convenience store is very cramped and parking lot around the gas pumps is very tight as well. I stop here on my commute for the very reasonably priced Mobil gas, which is usually slightly cheaper than the Allenstown Nouria up the road and much cheaper than other gas stations in the area. Nouria Rewards members save 5 cents per gallon, or more when you spend money inside Nouria. They also offer promotions on the Nouria Rewards app such as free bottled water and promotional items at this location. At other Nouria locations without Dunkin', they also offer free coffee to Nouria Rewards members. This location would've gotten 5 stars, only if the site and building were larger and easier to maneuver. The Nouria near my home is much larger and has a kitchen and an Amato's too, but much higher gas prices there.

All Hess Stations nationwide were bought out by Speedway last year. Like before, there are 14 vehicle fueling positions (12 unleaded pumps and 2 diesel pumps). Similar to Hess, this Speedway convenience store is a good sized convenience store offering the basic convenience store items such as snacks, candy, cooler drinks, walk-in beer cave, smokes, cold self serve fountain drinks, coffee bar, newspapers, miscellaneous items, NH Lottery ticket machine, and bagged ice. Hot roller items (tornados), hot dogs, pizza, sandwiches, and breakfast sandwiches & items offered at this location. ATM on premises. The gas prices here are competitive with other "name brand" gas stations in Manchester. For even cheaper gas prices, there is a "no name" budget gas station about 2 minutes to the west. I stop here often to gas up my vehicle and fill up my huge plastic Speedway soda mug with ice cold Diet Pepsi from the fountain. Currently, they are offering any size fountain drink for only 69 cents plus tax. Sometimes, the ice machine on the soda fountain station has no ice (boo!!!). I also use my Speedy Rewards card (free to join) to earn points and free items including free fountain drinks (buy 6 get the 7th free). Speedway also offered 10 cent per gallon of gas rollbacks to Speedy Rewards members during the grand opening a few months ago. Most of the staff at this location are pleasant and always give me my receipts/Speedy Rewards point balance slips/coupons. LIMITED ACCESS: The access to and from this location is very convenient ONLY if you are traveling Westbound across the Queen City Bridge heading to I-293, right in-right out only. Access for vehicles traveling Eastbound along Queen City Avenue pretty much S-CKS! You cannot make a left turn into the Speedway site (NO U-TURNS ALLOWED), so you are forced to drive across the bridge and turn around either in the vacant Sunoco station parking lot or at the Elliot at River's Edge lot near Sundial Avenue.

For the past year plus, not so much. Fresh coffee and cheap gas is what brought me here, but without good coffee, see ya. I am not shy about spending money for premium services. I was looking for people who assist in cleaning the auto. Perhaps it requires an appointment but I ended up just getting a very good auto wash - better than the spray only washes in other places. And the token for vacuum helped too. If the car wash offers other premium services, I would recommend they advertise them openly for newcomers to see. I came, got the car washed, used the token to vacuum, and left. Good wash overall.

During the foam brush phase, the soap coming out was dark blue... that was new. I thought it was a summer, deep clean formula. I brushed and washed the car. During the wash, my hands were stained blue. This has not happened before, and I have used the self-wash bay at least ten times with the foam brush. I finished washing the car and noticed blue spots on my shoes and legs, plus blue hands. I tried to clean it off with water and soap, but very little came off. I went over to the attendant, who was swearing at his co-worker. I explained and showed him my blue hands, and he asked what the problem was. I told him this has never happened before. He was dismissive and frankly a jerk. He said the sign in the bay warns that some staining may happen. I showed him the sign. The sign reads that the conditioner nozzle, not the brush, might stain during use. I told him I used the brush wash, not the conditioner. I was told they were the same formula... seriously?! Luckily, the owner was there, but he was also dismissive, and when I told him I was a loyal customer and that this had never happened, I asked for my money back. He was still defensive and incredulous. The attendant complained that I was aggressive, and I told both of them that I was upset at the terrible customer service and at my damn blue hands and legs. No apologies and no recognition that the brush soap ratio was incorrect. This is strong alkaline soap too. I asked for a refund and the owner acted immature about it - again showing my blue hands and asking him if this has happened before (no response). I decided to leave because they both don't care and have a zero customer service attitude. The blue dye can come off with aggressive scrubbing and baking soda. I can't recommend anyone use this car wash, especially if you self-wash.

So I picked up some matching tires and randomly picked this shop to balance & install. Hani fit me in the same day charges me short money to completely install, I appreciated that & they took the old tires to boot! Then Hani, who is a complete gentleman btw, took the time to look up my car fax and realized I had not changed the sparks plugs...EVER! I went on to explain that I bought the car almost brand-new in 2019, and I was the second owner of the vehicle. I explained further that my engine was vibrating and I feared it was my Exhaust-Manifold, which was welded by an arch-welder approx. 4 years ago ($700) I was dreading that expense again. Hani urged me to change the spark plugs which were 71,000 miles overdue for replacement, and stated it might stop the vibrating, and it DID! Hani went on to say, I could of ruined my engine-& thats all I had to hear. Hani scheduled me in right away the next morning to install the new spark plugs-which was completed in less than 1 hour. When I drove out of the shop my car felt like it was brand-new again and for that I'm so grateful (God is Good!) I couldn't be happier with the work, the care, and the time spent on my behalf by both Hani and his HILARIOUS Mechanic who also knew this car inside & out. My car is my livelihood and I cannot live w/out it, so I'm here to make sure I send my Blessings & Thanks to this shop whom has earned my trust, ...for now! Roadside assistance was going to charge me too much to tow to my regular mechanic, so I had my Volvo towed here. They charged me almost $800 (which was more than they had told me over the phone, by the way), and when I picked the car up, it was doing the EXACT SAME THING it was doing when I had it towed to them (flashing check engine light and all). I went inside to tell the man that, and he told me that he had put something in the engine to treat it and I just needed to drive it for a while to fix the problem. If it did not, they would be happy to look at it again and charge me even more money. To recap: 1) I paid them almost $800 to diagnose and fix a flashing check engine light; 2) I picked the car up and the problem was not fixed; 3) they told me to drive the car, with a flashing check engine light (I'm no expert, but I can Google and know that it is a bad idea to drive a car with a flashing check engine light); 4) I had to pay a competent (and honest) mechanic to tell me my car had a stuck open valve; and 5) I paid these people a lot of money for nothing, only to need to pay a whole lot more money to fix the real problem. Next time I will know to pay roadside assistance the extra money to keep towing my car past this place.

Very happy about the service. Definitely honest people and nice customer service…read more I used to go to Gino's (shaws station service) for state inspection and other small mechanic issues. After he retired, I needed to find a new place for my inspection this year. my car isn't exactly new anymore. It's from 2003 and got 122+K on it, so it is common that I came to some mechanic shop and got ripped off by them telling me this and that needed to change or they failed my inspection.. So I just googled around and used Yelp to find a shop that I hoped would not tell me to change a bunch of stuff.. There were a few options that I had after reading all the reviews. Honestly, even though morins service station did not have a whole lot of reviews, but I can say it is the only shop that I don't see a neg review (except one, but that was just one employee's customer service skills and got nothing to do with the quality and honesty of this shop). Now get this, people are like, if they are generally happy, they just are happy and a lot of time they don't come up here to write a review. But when people are upset, they do! So no neg review on here actually meant somewhat more than those with 20 good reviews but with even just 2 bad reviews talking about dishonesty.. That's why I chose to try them, and they didn't let me down! I am so glad I went! It wasn't too hard to get an appointment. I got their five mins before my appointment time, the owner ( I assumed it's the owner, but if not its one of the employees) greeted me nicely. Then I waited just about half an hour for both inspection and oil change. Pretty efficient. Everything came out fine. I know for a fact that my car was taken care of by previous owner before I bought it, over the years, it was mostly fine with minor issues. However I did get pretty ripped off by one shop long back when I knew nothing. Got charged for $300+ for the stuff that my car didn't need. I guess it was because I am a woman and especially an Asian woman. Folks, this is a shop operates by respectful people with honesty. If you are new to the area or if you are a woman that does want an honest shop, definitely try them out. Morins service station is worthy to build a relationship with. I won't be around the area soon for a few years but when i come back, I will continue come to this shop!
