We have watched him interact with white people and he can't find the product but seems to have all the patience in the world for that. I chose hot beverage, then choose the type which was pineapple Papaya green tea. There were several choices. The machine asked how much lemon or if I wanted it. Then it brewed into my tea into the cup. It was super easy and quite the bargain! The tea was nice and hot just the way I like it. I am quite the tea drinker and have had my share of teas. When I paid via CC, it automatically chose premium-charging me an extra 50 cents per gallon. I spoke to an employee inside and told them people are being overcharged for unleaded and he just stared at me. I went back later and spoke to the woman (who told me she has worked there for 16 years with attitude) and they refused to refund. How do you charge someone for premium when it is blocked off with your fancy caution tape?!? See photo.
