Service tech sees me as he opens the bay doors to the one I wasn't in line with and waves me to come on over. As I try to reposition my car, another customer flys into that bay, and he begins servicing them (I was the only car waiting outside prior to this). I confronted the tech and he just kinda shrugged it off and told me the bay I was waiting behind was wrapping up soon. Okay fine. They ended up putting the correct oil in and sent me on my way. I was really understanding about the mistake but what really upset me was how unapologetic the staff was and the lack of urgency to correct their mistake.
