The address is 275 Campbell St. is conveniently located right next to a Grocery Outlet. I have stopped here before, but it's been a number of years. I stopped to gas up on 9/13/23 and use the bathroom. I was very impressed that they had clean, soapy water for customers to clean their windshields with. I could tell immediately that the gas station had been remodeled since my last visit. The bathrooms were sparkling, clean, and beautifully designed. This gas station also has a fantastic variety of snacks, some of which I've never seen any place else before. In addition, they have Champs Fried Chicken and Cascade Glacier ice cream. I don't really care for jellybeans, but I couldn't resist buying a bag of Bean Boozled jellybeans, which come in disgusting flavors like Dead Fish, Barf, Livers & Onions, and Rotten Eggs. I haven't had the nerve to try them yet. Highly Recommended!!!

Here's some background on my story at Jackson's in Baker City, OR. I was driving cross country from Washington state to Georgia in my brand new Tesla. This was day one of a very longgg trip! Not only did my windshield crack but it started snowing non stop and I was defeated! So I stoped across the street from Jackson's that night to sleep at a supercharger. That morning I went ahead and let both my dogs go to the bathroom on a nice walk and saw that Jackson's had a car wash (oh did I mention I'm driving cross country with two large dogs and a cat!) I decided it was probably a good idea to wash all the snow salt and dirt off my car so I rearrange the car, get all the animals settled and off I go to the car wash. Little did I know, I left my iPad on THE ROOF of my car :-/ IDIOT!! (You were thinking it) I didn't even realize.. I went through the car wash like "oh look at my shiny new Tesla looking so pretty"... yeah.. that lasted for about two hours when I stopped at another supercharger and realized MY IPAD IS MISSING! I knew right away what had happened.. embarrassingly I call Jackson's.. Nick answers the phone and honestly I didn't even know what to say to him other than "this is going to sound dumb.. but I went through the car wash" and before I could finish he said "it's not stupid, your iPad?" Long story short, Nick was AMAZING! He took time and money out of his own pocket to send me back my iPad. Like who does that?!? He dealt with many phone calls from me and he even called me one night letting me know he had sent it out. If this isn't amazing customer service I'm not sure what is. Nick if you ever read this, thank you thank you thank you. This means so much to me and my husband. He just recently deployed and I use the iPad to FaceTime with him.

I turned around and got back there an hour later. Everything was still in my purse, nothing was missing. That is one honest young man. How lucky Jackson Chevron is to have him as an employee. On another note both guys working there were very friendly and greeted all customers. Also nice was the fresh fruit. I highly recommend this Chevron station/ store.

Go figure. ;D Fuel up with easy on/off the highway. We managed to get it to the gas station with the help of the Pump Attendant at the Jacksons fuel station and some good samaritans. Thanks guy's we really appreciate the help, they were so accommodating and understanding but that wasn't the end of the help we received from this incredibly friendly town. We talked to Jason at the Carquest on Campbell st. and he was so helpful it left a lasting impression on us. We ending up going back a couple times to get things we needed and on the last trip he asked a mechanic what he thought of our problem and the mechanic ( I'm so sorry I didn't get his name but we owe him great gratitude also) volunteered to come and help and he fixed our pickup in a matter of a few minutes. Restrooms: Your best bet is a quick walk to the Shell/ Jacksons gas station. Restrooms were surprisingly very clean there. Food: McDonald's within walking distance and the Jacksons station for snacks. There is a nice little picnic table area where you can stop and eat while you charge. For pets: Plenty of grass and area to walk and take your dog potty. Lodging: None that I could see.
