I called a few medical supply stores in my area and was surprised to find that many of them either closed early or did not sell to the public. I called MI Med before arriving just to make sure they were open and that they would sell to me. The woman on the phone was very friendly and very helpful. Unfortunately due to being stuck at urgent care I made it to the store 15 min before they closed. The lady I spoke to on the phone (I can't remember her name) was the one that waited on us. Although she was due to close in 15 min she went above and beyond helping me find what I needed, she went in the back twice to go through inventory and called her boss a few times just to make sure they were able to get what I needed. She was never pushy or short and was extremely helpful and kind all while doing so! We ended up being there after the store closed and she continued with excellent customer service! I hope I don't need to visit anytime soon again lol but if I do this would definitely be the place I would go!!!

One particular staff member is always rude. Her name is Tiffany and she never fails to have bad…read morecustomer service and a bad attitude every time I come in. I have always been nice to her despite her rudeness. She makes backhanded comments or she's just straight up rude every time. One time I came in, I waited in line for 10 minutes and when it was my turn in line to go to the counter, Tiffany points at a lady who had just walked up to the other side of the counter (she was never once in line) and she tells me "you're gonna have to go get back in line, she gets to go next". Mind you, 1. The lady who Tiffany let cut in front of me was never in line during the 10 minutes I stood there and had just got to the counter seconds before it was my turn in line, 2. I had one prescription to pick up which would've taken just abt 30 seconds for her to give to me, 3. Instead of quickly taking care of the lady who had cut in front of me, her and Tiffany had about a 5 minute conversation (they must've been friends) as I stood there for then 15 minutes, and lastly 4. There was absolutely nobody else in line behind me and therefore no reason why she couldn't have taken care of me quickly. I am a absolutely astonished by Tiffany's lack of customer service, she never fails to be rude. I think ehartds should probably rethink her ability to take care of customers because I have never had a positive outcome with her. If you can't be nice to people then you shouldn't be in contact with customers.
