I recently started SureSmile treatment here, and the whole process has been so much easier and smoother than I expected. I first went in for a consult and scans that were sent off to SureSmile, and during that appointment they really took the time to listen to what I specifically wanted to improve. Then I went back in to review the 3D model and treatment plan, which was actually really cool to see. That appointment felt very conversational and relaxed, and they were happy to answer all of my questions and concerns without making me feel rushed or pressured! About two weeks later all of my trays came in, and honestly I started noticing improvements after just a few trays. Dr. Aslam and Natalie are my Dream Team. So far they have taken care of three fillings and one chipped tooth for me, and I could not be more pleased with their high quality work. They were gentle, efficient, and skilled. I was presented with different treatment options when possible, and was allowed to choose the treatments I wanted with no pressure. (I have shown friends and family the cracked tooth that Dr. Aslam repaired, and they marveled at what a great job she did at blending the repair with my natural tooth - she truly makes dentistry an art and not just a practice.) It had been over a decade since I had seen a dentist; and so I was ashamed at my first visit, and was waiting to be guilted about my questionable flossing habits. However, Dr. Aslam and Natalie both immediately made me feel at ease and like I wasn't being judged, but genuinely cared for. I got there right when they opened but was informed my dentist wouldn't be in until 8. While I waited, I updated my insurance info and other things and was seen shortly after that. When they took me back, they took my bp and asked what concerns I was having. They started getting to work with what I needed and were even kind enough to give me a blanket! After a few hours and Dr. Birke's approval, I was good as new. I def. appreciate how comfortable they made me feel and their willingness to make sure things were perfect. I'll be back soon for my regular scheduled appt, but it's nice to be seen on a short notice, esp. when they were down a dentist due to illness.

I went back multiple times for adjustments, but my bite was never right and the pain never stopped. I even asked about removing the tooth and was repeatedly dismissed. Finally, I sought a second opinion. Turns out the tooth was fractured and infected all along and should have been pulled from the beginning. Now I'm dealing with an abscess and a much bigger problem than I started with.
