They can not adaquaetly communicate with their clients which leads to colossal issues. despite this, THEIR HYGIENIST BRI SWARTLEY IS THE REASON I LEFT THIS TERRIBLE REVIEW. She is exceedingly disrespectful and rude to clients. I have never in my entire life been to any sort of professional establishment where they CUSS OUT their clients. I was apalled to hear that when I left the room she was talking behind my back and telling her colleagues that if I was "looking for a cheaper price I can f*** off." Upon hearing this we asked to speak with the Doctor multiple times and she repeatedly told us that she was going to call security, and then cancelled our appointment without our knowledge. When I brought to her attention that she shouldn't say such things to customers, she proceeded to tell us that she "doesn't care and will inform the Mr. Wenzel of what she said." As long as she remains working there, do yourself a favor and never come here if you are looking for a respectable periodontistry. Until she is removed from her position, I will never reccomend Wenzel Periodontics to anyone.

His communication was optimal before, during, and after my procedure, and his assistant was fabulous. Billing: I was quoted wrong (only quoted coinsurance) and (embarrassingly enough) didn't have a valid card with me to pay for the deductible that was not quoted. I was still allowed to check in without paying for my full deductible. I did however have to place my (inactive) card on file for future charges and signed a form stating the date they would withdrawal.

Dr. Moore's staff got me in right away, and didn't even charge me to glue it back on. We have gone to him ever since. His office is state of the art and beautifully decorated. His staff is friendly and very caring. Dr. Moore takes time to talk with each patient, and LISTENS to what you tell him. He also is very generous in giving back to the community. This was without a doubt the best recommendation I ever received from a Doctor. I visit Dr. Strutz twice a year now and have the past few years. Over the course of the first 18 months he performed gum surgery and resolved the decay/gum issues and now he effectively manages the issue with twice a year visits which have gone very well (thanks to his approach and expertise).
