She would occasionally knock on our door and introduce herself in case we were interested in listing our home. She wasn't pushy just very friendly. When we did decide to list we had spoke with several agents, Marieste seemed more concerned with what we wanted instead of selling a home quickly. She went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable with every decision. She was happy to go along with our higher than market starting price. Because my wife was protective of her home Marieste suggested we just start with three days of realtor guided appointments. She really got the word out, had incredible photos taken and scheduled appointments one after the other. She had garnered so much interest in our house that she stayed late every night to make sure she accommodated all the realtors who wanted to view our home.
