Beth is the best realtor in Sarasota, a mixture of experience, fortitude and loveliness. She helped us buy our first home and to be honest without her we wouldn't have relocated cross country. She has our eternal gratitude. An avid negotiator, she will ensure nothing is unseen and all T's are crossed. You'll be glad you picked her as your realtor! read more

Beth was great! We relocated from Orlando and needed someone to help us navigate the local market and help educate us on the best options for our family. She quickly understood what we liked and what we were looking for and was extremely patient with us during this process! During this clear sellers market, she navigated us through and had a lot of "local experts" at her fingertips that she would frequently call onsite if we have any questions about remodels, real estate law, water access, etc. She was great to work with, quick to respond, always available and goes above and beyond, would definetly recommend Beth!! read more

Beth Perry - Fine Properties - Backyard - Real Estate Agents Near Me - Sarasota, Florida

I worked with Beth Perry recently to help me find a new home in the Lakewood Ranch area. Beth was an awesome resource for me. She was very knowledgeable about the area where I wanted to relocate to and she spent time showing me my options. I relocated from another state and had my Florida house built for me. Beth routinely went to my building site to take photos and update me on the progress of my new home. I would highly recommend Beth as a realtor. She is a gem. read more

Finding a good real estate agent is hard. I reached out to Beth for her help advising me on a move from Arizona to Lakewood Ranch. Beth listened carefully and was able to offer a lot of great insight. She has the rare combination of a deep understanding of the market, a strong sense of integrity and good customer loyalty. If I make another move, Beth will be my first call and she should probably be yours, too! read more

I can't say enough great words about Beth and wish I could give her 10 stars. We were looking for a renovated downtown condo with a harbor view and Beth helped tremendously by patiently showing us possibilities (both in person and virtually) before we were ready to buy. This got us familiar with the market so we'd be comfortable enough to make an immediate offer once we were ready and found something perfect. Beth really understood our needs and priorities and in a fast selling market like Sarasota, you can't take long deciding. When we found the apt we loved on a Sunday, she negotiated the price and we were in contract by Tuesday. That said, Beth never pushed us or rushed us and calmly assured us we'd find something wonderful and she was right. She is smart, lovely and very kind. Even before we were ready to buy she kept sending us possibilities so that we'd become very familiar with downtown real estate and what we could expect at our price point. We love our beautiful new apt, its perfect location, and our harbor view couldn't be more magnificent. I sit on our balcony watching the boats and spectacular sunsets with a glass of wine and toast Beth for helping us find our piece of paradise. Thank you Beth! read more

Moving cross country is no easy task especially during COVID. Beth made the process easy! She would send us listings when we were away and spent many days when we would fly into town showing us properties in person. It was important to us finding a realtor that knew the area well and what would work best for our family. We are forever grateful for her help in pulling this off. She was always available and never wanted us to settle for a house that did not fit our needs. There are a lot of realtors out there but if you are looking for one that goes above and beyond, Beth is the answer. read more

I've bought and sold a few houses in my life but I have never worked with an agent like Beth. I flew in from Arizona pretty much planning on winging it but Beth met me at the hotel bright and early right on time and insisted that we spend quality time together as she showed me all the points of interest in the area and several other homes that I had not seen advertised. She insisted that I not make a choice too quickly and continued sending me new listings once I returned to Arizona. She was always available for me with answers to questions and with her help I purchased the home of my dreams. Beth Pratt is the most reliable, thorough, and genuinely concerned agent I've ever worked with. And there's not a pushy bone in her body! read more

We can't thank Beth enough for everything she did for us. Trying to buy a house in an unfamiliar area was overwhelming for us. Beth managed to exceed my wife's and I expectations. Her partners helped us to have a smooth and seamless closing transaction. Thank you Beth! read more

Beth listens carefully, and does a wonderful job of matching the neighborhood and home to match your needs. She is exceptional in her mindfulness and is meticulous in all ways related to real estate. She understands the market and knows how to adjust offers accordingly. Her services to her clients to make their move easier are way over the top, and I do mean over the top. I couldn't secure movers for two months, & Beth dropped in to check on my home and brought in the mail, while also securing the pool service guy, and security camera guy, etc. That was mind blowing, to have someone care so much about my home. She is client-centered and not commission centered. She really keeps on top of your case continuously , and she works with a hardworking team ( loan, title, insurances etc.)She deserved every penny of the commission she earned for my Lakewood Ranch home. I love my home, and neighbors and the whole area where I now live, which is nothing short of paradise. I would wholeheartedly recommend Beth. If you retain her, you'll simply have the best in the area! read more

Beth Pratt was amazing! Professional, thorough, incredibly helpful. We were closing remotely from Indiana and she made it seamless. She helped tie up all the loose ends associated with closing remotely! She's a pro! read more

Thank goodness we found Beth! After having to walk away from a contract and a house we loved because of the realtor WE were using, we were wary on if we would find a realtor that truly had our best interest at heart. Again, thank goodness we found Beth. Not only is she kind and knowledgeable... she is extremely patient. My husband and I were all over the place on everything - location, price, school districts, number of bedrooms, you name it - we didn't see eye-to-eye. We changed our criteria a few times along the way. Beth was looking at homes without us to weed out ones she knew wouldn't work for both of us. We were definitely a realtors worst nightmare. But if Beth ever felt that way, she never showed it. She was kind, patient and mostly, a great listener. So great, she knew what we needed before we did. We didn't think we were new-home-type of people, but she listened and guided us to an area and a home we both LOVE! It was a six month process so we really got to know Beth and how she works. I was recently scrolling thru my texts with her looking for something and had not realized just how much support she has been throughout this whole process - negotiations, paperwork, color scheme selection, design decisions, countertop issues, closing details, and more! She's been there every step of the way and is definitely the kind of realtor you want representing you through the buying or selling process. read more

My wife and I flew into Florida on a few days notice to look at homes. We had been communicating with Beth and she made this process very easy. She did an excellent job of showing us comps. On the day of our arrival she had several homes lined up for us to look at and spent the entire afternoon with us not only showing us homes but driving us around in the community. She closed the deal we wanted and we felt that her representation was superb!!! We are happy to be Florida residents. Thank you Beth. read more

Beth is amazing. She gave us great feedback and helped us find our dream home. We met with her on 2 days, the rest was done remote. We live in Illinois. The offer, negotiation, walk through and closing were all done remote. Beth was on top of every detail. If there was a question, she immediately got back to us. She even went so far as to go back to our new house after closing to set the thermostat and close it up until we are able to come down. To us she is more than our realtor, she is our new friend! read more

Beth was extremely helpful throughout the whole buying process. As I started my home search, she was very available for showings, providing expert advice on aspects of the properties not initially obvious to this buyer. When we found a place, she provided numerous resources for me to research a home inspector, financing, assessor, etc. The property i found is perfect and I look forward to many years here. Beth seemed interested in me as a person, as well as a customer, and even checked on me after closing a few times. I highly recommend Beth and Fine Properties! read more

I found a house, which was my main goal. I wish there had been more follow-up for the closing. I found myself at the very last minute having to frantically call for help because a problem came up and no one let me know about it. I had to call three times before I got the wiring instructions, and just barely made it to the bank before it closed! It was way too much drama for me. read more

This past October my husband and I decided to start looking for a home in the Sarasota/Lakewood Ranch area. Beth was instrumental in helping us narrow down the type of residence right for us. She was patient and informative. She gave us the space we needed while we searched but stayed in contact with us through the entire process. Her energy, lively personality, and knowledge of the area made house hunting fun and easy. Once we found the house we wanted, she provided us with as many resources as needed to complete the transaction. Our condo on LIdo key had been on the market for a year without very much interest. We met with Beth and were so impressed with her professional knowledge and marketing savvy that we signed with her right away. I'll never forget when I asked her if she wanted a year contract, Beth laughed and told me it should only take six months. True to her word we were in contract a couple of months later. All through the process she followed up, kept in constant contact and most importantly was completely on our side. I Would use her services again without hesitation. read more

I live in California and needed to purchase a property in Sarasota for my parents. After reading reviews on Yelp, I decided to contact Beth. Best decision I could have made. Beth deftly managed the requirements of my parents, as well as my requirements and the constraints of my budget. She quickly zeroed in on properties that met everyone's criteria and in just a few viewings we found the perfect place. Beth was fantastic to work with throughout the entire purchase process, answering all my questions promptly, despite the 3 hour time difference. I greatly appreciate her positive spirit and can do attitude. She is very knowledgeable of the area, works very hard for you and I would work with her again if I ever need to buy another property. I highly recommend Beth Pratt for your Sarasota real estate needs! read more

We contacted Beth less than a week before our arrival in Sarasota. She had already found 36 houses for us to review prior to our arrival. We liked about 12 of those. On our arrival she had set up viewing appointments with all 12 houses plus had researched and found about 12 more properties for us to review. Beth was extremely knowledgeable about the Sarasota/Bradenton area and was able to "guide" us into areas that would be most appealing to our taste. She even guided us to some of the new construction in the area. Although we weren't able to close a deal on the 3 properties we liked she continued to find more for us to see. Beth is very professional and will work hard for you. When we were no longer in Sarasota, we were able to locate a property we wanted to purchase and Beth acted as our "point person" and saw the deal to completion. THANK YOU BETH !! Keep up the excellent work !! read more

My wife and I decided to explore Sarasota as a location for our second home. Donna contacted Beth Pratt based on her outstanding Yelp reviews, and she quickly responded. They discussed the possibility of a new home and after understanding our wishes, Beth narrowed down our search to the best possibilities. Beth is extremely knowledgeable about the area and it quickly became obvious that she understood exactly what to show us. She also gave us excellent hotel and restaurant recommendations and we travelled down to look. With Beth's help and guidance we were able to quickly find the perfect home in a perfect location! Beth was a true pleasure to work with. She was prompt, organized, knowledgeable, and a truly kind person. She walked us through the complex process of building a new home, and was always a text, email or phone call away. But she really went above and beyond when our closing was scheduled last week during the Covid pandemic. We were unable to fly from New York for the walk-through or closing. It was all done virtually and Beth stood in for us, offering great guidance and acting as our eyes and ears... even going the extra step consulting with our Construction Manager, and providing us with a detailed video and observations during the walk through. She truly made us feel like we were actually there! To top it off, Beth continues to help us get settled, even after the closing! She even checks on our new home ensuring utilities are working and it is secured. We are so fortunate to have had Beth watching out for us through this major life decision. We value her friendship and couldn't envision a more caring or professional partner to guide us through this process. We definitely recommend her to everyone looking for a home in the Sarasota area. read more
