We currently live in Tennessee and were conducting our search remotely so Nick immediately made us feel at ease with his extensive knowledge and experience buying and selling real estate in the area. We found that Nick quickly assessed our wants and needs and ensured that our time was well spent when he compiled a list of options to consider. We also found the time he spent with us on FaceTime walk-throughs to be helpful in making our final decision when it came time to make an offer. The part that impressed us the most was that he was up past midnight on the night we made our decision putting the offer together. This effort was surely what helped us win the offer given the crazy competitive market so he didn't lose any time on missing the chance. After the offer was accepted Nick kept us informed every step of the way through closing which made it as stress free as possible for us. Overall we had a great experience working with Nick, would highly recommend him and we will definitely be giving him a call in the future should the need to buy, sell or rent arise.
