Came in for a full set, acrylics with gel and a pedi. 10/10 recommend getting a pedi here. Would comeback for that ONLY. I wanted French tips and they gave me dip tips. They looked awful, I begged them to take them off. The nail tech also tried arguing with me about my shape choice too. The manager tried to fix things by offering to let me just keep the nails and not pay. I said no bc they looked awful just awful and I hate them. We went back and forth before they finally agreed to just take them off. I paid for my pedi and as I was leaving they locked the door behind me. Insane behavior. read more

I went in asking for a pink and white ombre set and requested nail art. The request was for glitter on one nail with 4 spaced gemstones. Not a difficult request. The person doing my nail set argued with me about my request after i told him twice, this is what i want. He pressured me to take butterfly stickers, which started peeling off in exactly 2 days and looked terrible. $100 paid. I ended up going elsewhere to get them redone which was another $80 read more

I'd give zero stars if I could. Terrible service and the manager was rude and hung up on me 4x when I asked for a refund. Said she'd fix it for a fee. My friends get pedicures here every two weeks, but no longer! read more

Made an appointment for myself and a guest. When we showed up it took them and hour and half to even acknowledge us. Prices were too expensive for a mediocre pedicure. Will not recommend this place to anyone. I canceled my manicure after two hours. Ridiculous. read more

First time going here and they did amazing!! I had a pedi and a full set. Usually when I get pedis at other places I never see them get new tools to use. I watched them get the new tools out of the package and insured they were only used on me. Very clean and friendly atmosphere! 100% recommend!! read more

I put two stars because the ladies there were friendly. But other than that my nail tech did not do a good job. from far away my nails look good but if you look at them they are uneven and lumpy, fine. I could deal with that but I got them done 5 day's ago and by day 3 I had 2 nails break I was not doing anything strenuous... I was stirring soup and it just popped off thankfully not in the soup... today another one broke off, $65 dollars in the trash. So do I recommend Shelby's.... No. read more

They did a nice job with my pedicure but I made an appointment for myself and two other people for a mani-pedi and I ended up having to leave because it took them two and half hours to get my pedicure completed. When I apologized and said I had to leave, someone told me that it would have been different if I had an appointment. I told them I *did* have an appointment and they said, "oh.... Sorry, we were short-staffed." I'm sure they do a nice job with nails because I know some friends who absolutely love them but I unfortunately had a very long and somewhat poorly organized "appointment". ‍ read more

I patronized this business as a birthday present to myself in the fall of 2023, unfortunately. The total cost was $60. The vibe was only friendly at first, by the younger receptionist who greeted me when I first came in, his sullen father ended up doing the actual service however. While the manicure they both ended up giving me was well-done and professionally applied, I requested the French tip manicure as a second choice, only after I first told the manicurist that I wanted an acrylic nail manicure using these beautiful special acrylics I brought to the shop personally to have applied (which I bought from a shop on Etsy beforehand, shipped all the way from Mexico, they were my exact nail size, and I had been really hoping to have these nails finally applied onto my nails properly by a professional who was willing to work WITH me, in lieu of thinking my request was stupid and treating me as though I were a naive customer who didn't know what looked good or something). He told me "No", flat-out, bluntly. Again...this was for my birthday. Also, when I went to check out at the register afterwards, the other employees who were working there laughed at me when I tried to pay with my debit card. They still accepted the payment but it was extremely awkward. I guess because they are trying to avoid taxes. I had a little bit of a rough learning experience at this salon as to what to ask for, what not to ask for, and what not to do (I rarely get my nails done). I will not be returning. read more

Too bad there is not a horrible rating in the stars. Learn time management and class people!!! Slowest place ever!!! My daughter made an appointment for 1:00 PM. Took over two hours. When I went in to check on her after two hours...I made the comment that I didn't know why they made appointments because they never go by them. I said this is ridiculous and went back to finish waiting. Then the lady that was working on her starting talking in her language and started being rude. Then the guy next to her stated talking to his customer telling her to not make appointments because he couldn't start working on someone and start someone else that had an appointment. My whole point DO NOT make an appointment. If you do pack a lunch you are going to be there hours whichever way you go!!! Walk in or not. Ridiculous!!! read more

WOW! Unbelievable! I don't understand how they are open. First the owner is very ride, and second the lighting is the worst. The tables don't have lights. Yes that's right the owner. She started on my nails with a soak, then she cut the cuticles. She let me know she was going to show her worker how to do a certain design and she'd be right back. No problem right? She did all of the persons nails. I sat there for 16 minutes before I'd had enough of the wait. I told them how dissatisfied I was and they acted as if no big deal. It should have been a big deal for a continuous new customer. Nope not now, I'll be going to the one at light 9 from now on. So far they will continue to have my business. read more

$70 wasted!!!! I have had many wonderful pedicures so $50 pedicure plus $20 for gel coat did not seem excessive. However, after the pedicure I still has callous and rough patches on my toes. She just put lotion on it. They both seemed too busy complaining the other employees were out of the country visiting family. I will not return nor recommend them to anyone. read more

The staff treat you like they are doing you a favor, no respect for your time or comfort. They talk to each other in their language and stop working on you during the constant talking. The pedicure was also bad, smudged polish and unfinished rough skin. Then they don't come to check you out or remove the toe pads. Poor service, you have to wait to checkout too, kids running around, screeching. How they stay in business is a wonder. read more

Horrible horrible horrible. I sat for 3 hours and haven't even been waited on. A lady walked in after me had gotten taken before me even! And that was two hours later! And she was getting the same thing as me done! I told them how disappointed I was nicely and no one cared. STAY AWAY! GONNA STICK TO DS NAILS!!! I talked to the owner and told her and I got no sorry or anything, I'm very understanding because I work in customer service as well but this was unbelievable how they treat people with charging them how they do and with how well I people tip them. read more
